This Starbucks is generally a great place, but I’ve had a negative experience with one employee named Dan, who is quite disrespectful. When I was in the drive-through and tried to pay with two different cards, he had an attitude and handed me the machine to hold, which is odd. He then snatched it from my hand and slammed the window shut. Overall, his customer service was aggressive and unpleasant. I've had multiple encounters with him, including one where he literally threw my bakery item at me. I can't tell if he behaves this way all the time. I understand the pressure of working in customer service but this is an ongoing issue.

I was given the wrong product from Starbuck's on Green Valley Road and didn't notice until I got to work. I tried to call the Green Valley Road store several times and the phone was out of service, as was the Starbuck's portal. So, I called the Starbuck's on Market Street to ask if they had another way to get in touch with the other store. Tyree was so awesome. He apologized and said the only phone numbers they have are the ones that are published to the public, but then he asked if there was something wrong. I explained the situation and he volunteered to replace the product the next morning. He did this without prompting. Excellent service, great foresight and very kind on the phone. Thank you, Tyree. I picked up my coffee this morning.

I went to spend my points on a free mocha only to find out I didn't have enough after all, but the person at the window gave it to me for free one-time. That was very kind! The folks that work here are always so friendly, it really cheers up my day!

Slightly annoying when I go to this Starbucks and I’ve placed the order at least several minutes before arriving, and they always say looks like we just got this order so we are still working on it. It feels very rude, I know when I placed it so if anything, they should say we are working on that now, please pull up.

They are more focused on pickup and drive-through than the customers in the store .

About a week ago I purchased a Latte with the works. When I finally got my drink, it looked not right so I mentioned something to the batista that made the drink About how something was off About it. She rudely started questioning me what I thought was off so I brought up how it had absolutely no cold foam like I had ordered and payed extra for. She remade the drink poorly and added in what I originally purchased.
The time before this, my drink was stolen off the counter and it was remade, but didn't have half the extras that I originally paid for.
This location is typically a problem when it comes to getting a proper drink made.

Mya needs to be retrained on customer service let alone fired. She yelled at us for not taking the wrong drink they made, rolled her eyes, and slammed the drive thru window door in our face. The worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.

This place is conveniently located near my job. However, Every time I come to this location I have problems. They are slow to produce simple coffees like a blonde or pike, and if I ask for an expresso shot to be added, I need to add another 10mins to my wait.
Knowing this, I started using the app, which cut down on my wait time, and at times, the coffee was ready as I walked through the door.
What brings me to write this review is the bad service I have received on my last two mid-morning visits.
I asked for a blonde coffee, with a shot. The person taking my order seemed annoyed that I asked. Then sharply replied, we don’t have that available. I asked for a pour-over. He seemed very confused and more annoyed. I then asked for an Americano, knowing it would take forever, but I was between clients and had time. 15mins later, I had my coffee and was out of the door. (If the staff wouldn’t stop to laugh and talk with each other, it could have shaved 5mins off my wait).
Today, a coworker and I had time to stop in, mid-morning. I was again greeted by the same person as before. I asked for a blonde with a shot, to which he replied, we don’t have that. I asked, is there a cutoff time for making it or are you not serving it any longer. He gets annoyed again. So I ask for 2 pike with shots. He took my order and went about his way. 15 to 20mins later, NO COFFEE, yet people who had come in after me had ordered at the register and gotten their orders. I proceeded to ask the cashier what was going on, to which, he put his finger up, walked to the register and took someone’s order. I then asked about my order and he apologized and said he forgot? Forgot?. I asked for a refund. He had to get who I believe to be a manager to assist him. In regards to why, she didn’t inquire at all.
At least 5 of my colleagues frequent this place weekly. But not anymore.

Great location, great service, great employees. A recent disagreeable interaction was atypical. Normally I would write it off but mentioning it might actually help. At the window, I had my card ready. The staff member held out the card reader and said something I didn’t hear. This happens to me all the time so I often make my best guess at what the person said and proceed. I assumed he said something like “Here’s the thing to tap your card on.” So I put the card on the screen. The staff member seemed annoyed said another thing that I didn’t hear, followed by an irritated “Like I said.” I looked at the screen, hoping to figure out what the guy was saying but I couldn’t read it because of glare. I moved to see the screen from a different angle and was able to see it. As my card was being read, I mentioned to the staff member that I wear (imperfect) hearing aids and had not heard him. Again, I am a fan and I’ll remain a loyal patron—I know it’s a stressful job and the irritation was a one-off. But can you remind staff that some people are doing the best they can when they hear about a third of what you said? Also, is it possible there’s a way to hold the card reader at an angle where the screen is most likely to be shielded from glare? Or maybe a super-bright screen that can be read regardless of angle?
Nadia was amazing working the window. She was so welcoming and nice!
