So. Tell me why I ordered a very simple drink, coming from someone who works at a diff Starbucks, and it took 30 minutes to make even though my app said it was done. My iced drink is lukewarm as if it has been sitting for a while, which it likely has, and the employees are laughing and making lots of noise as if there are 0 customers, when it is pretty busy. This one employee in particular, when I asked if I could... have the drink I paid for... was quite rude and slammed my drink on the counter and ignored me when I said thank you, and I've noticed this demeanor from this employee on many accounts when I come to this store. I have learned my lesson about coming here and will be spending my time otherwise.

I was at a Greensboro Starbucks and I had a mobile order that was not close to being ready when I arrived. The drive-thru was very busy so I went in. I had to wait about 5 additional minutes before someone acknowledged me and asked about my order. It took another 5 minutes after that. Meantime, I observed the store which seemed a little unorganized and no attention to small things like dirty tables and the counter. Thank God my coffee was good.

Very unfriendly to law-enforcement. An officer stopped in to use the restroom and identified themselves and had to beg the person working there to use the restroom.

Customer service over the phone could not possibly be worse. I called the location to ask if they had a certain cup in stock, and the employee who answered the phone quite literally said that she does not know what the cup looks like, and if I wanted to know if they had it in stock, I would have to come check for myself. She asked no clarifying questions to attempt to assist in any capacity. Horribly disappointing from this location. I would have expected much more.

I recently visited Starbucks and I had a genuinely eccentric experience. The environment was welcoming, and the staff were attentive throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the friendly servicer taking the time to inform me on the hello kitty’s. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. I’m glad I stopped by, and I would definitely return. Thank you to the team for making my visit enjoyable.

I had a really disappointing experience at one of your Starbucks locations today. When I pulled up to the drive-thru and politely asked for a large water, the man taking orders responded rudely with, “Is that all you’re gonna get?” and then told me I couldn’t just order water. That was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
I wasn’t being rude — I simply needed water to take my medication and had already eaten breakfast elsewhere. It’s frustrating to be spoken to like that over something so small. I expected better customer service from Starbucks, especially since I’ve always been a paying customer. Please address this, because no one should be made to feel disrespected for ordering something simple. I wish the worst karma for that individual .

This has been my go to Starbucks since it opened because it’s on my way to work and it’s close to me. And I will say customer service is great with certain people. And the drinks as well. But it’s been 3 times where I have gone and my iced matcha is a light light green. Pure oak milk and pure brown sugar syrup. One occasion I was almost arguing with a young man at the window because he did not want to remake or add more matcha. And he said it comes that way but in reality he doesn’t know how to make it because 90 percent of the time when he doesn’t make it, it comes out perfect that’s why I kept going back. Today I went and ended up throwing my drink away because the same young man was making the drinks and I was running late for work and didn’t have time to go back and forth.
