I love having a new Starbucks location near my work, but I have tried to come here twice and have sat in the line at the window greater than 20 minutes just trying to get my order. They struggle with throughput of customers at a very busy location.

This location is downtown. It has a pretty large parking lot. The large outdoor seating area gives me the impression this is a very popular lunch spot during the warmer months. There are not very many tables inside. There was one long table in the back...maybe 4-5 individual tables. This location has a drive thru. Like every Starbucks it had about 4 cars waiting in line when I arrived. They were moving through expeditiously. When we arrived there were two baristas and they were working in over drive. It is the middle of Sunday and this place was pretty packed. I imagine the college crowd frequents this location. We were lucky to get a table on this cold day. The barista who took my order seemed overwhelmed at first, but then he took a breath, smiled and took my order with ease. I expected to wait for a while for my drinks, but it came fairly quickly. My daughter always orders drinks she sees on You Tube or Tik Tok and I'm embarrassed to even order them. The baristas always seem ok with it. She enjoyed her drink. I stuck to my normal cafe mocha. I'm always tempted to buy one of their mugs/cups. They had some really eye catching cool ones located in the back. I turned and say someone come out of the passcode protected bathroom and it looked clean from my point of view. Yep, I would love to come back to this location again and especially when it warms up so I can sit outdoors.

I just want a cup of coffee. There is no need to play 20 questions to get it. The staff was nice, but i dont think they listen to what you say.

Good customer service. I’ve been trying to give this place a chance day after day since this is the closest location to me. It seems like no one at this location can make a brown sugar shaken espresso . They always make it horrible…burnt coffee too much milk no flavor and this is an every day thing . please re-train the entire staff.

Beautiful location for sure. Plenty of seating. It lack plugins if you're trying to do your work there. Also I've never seen a bathroom with a keypad on it at least a public one. Just was not that impressed too many negatives not enough positives for me.

There was limited staff on my visit yesterday evening. Which means you'll wait. There were alot of people in the store and drive thru and somehow the staff managed to make it all happen. My Carmel bruille was great!
