Pretty sad when they can’t get a peppermint mocha hot chocolate correct, on 2 different occasions. First time was inside and was not acknowledged by the cashier, even though I was at the counter ready to order. Instead, the worker took her coworkers order. No apology and proceeded to take my order. Ordered a peppermint mocha hot chocolate without whipped cream… and got a pumpkin mocha hot chocolate with whipped cream…2nd time was through drive thru and ordered on the app. Service is slow through drive thru and order was still incorrect; got a white peppermint mocha hot chocolate with whipped cream.

The employees have no regard for the customers in the slightest. They will take their coworkers order while you're waiting in line, no apologies or care in the world. Then the orders are never even correct, in person or through the app.

Ordered a grande sugar cookie latte with oat milk, and a snowman cookie. Got to the window and was informed that they did not have any snowman cookies, my latte was made with almond milk and it was topped with whipped cream that I did not ask for. Ruined my whole day!

I would have been perfectly fine if it was not so DAMN LOUD. I drink my coffee to start my day and relax. Yall throwing a raid party early in the morning. And when you call and ask… everyone plays like it’s no big deal. It’s ridiculous to have the music that loud.

Great bright place with good service… pro tip Starbucks, if you turn down the music, everyone doesn’t have to yell to have a conversation and the competition to talk over the music AND your other yelling neighbors. This can create more calm, less thrash and anxiety inducing experiences… meaning people will want to come back.
