The only Starbucks that does not greet customers as they enter. I've been several times and no greeting from anyone to anyone. Several people and myself have had to stand at the register without an acknowledgement. Need better customer service if they want tips.

I came through the drive through and Noah was the person collecting my money. She was genuinely pleasant and you could tell she really liked working at Starbuck. It was refreshing to see someone smile and who was nice to the customers.

I waited in line a very long time!!! I got in line about 2:15 and it’s now 2:35 and I just ordered and I am still waiting for my drink!! What is going on in there!!!

Unfortunately this was the worst Starbucks experience I have had thus far. Upon completing my drive-thru order, I pulled to the window and the order was incorrect. Usually if this happens, the barista would generously fix the order. However, this time the individual in the window gave us a complete attitude and displayed her frustration because she was asked to fix the order. This was a Sunday evening I won’t forget. Hopefully, the staff will be addressed and I will not have this experience again.

Showed up to Harris Teeter after 7am. Had placed an order at Starbucks on the app. Waited over and hour and still no one was there to open. As leaving at 830am they just showed up. Already paid for drinks on app now have to see if it can be refunded. Yes, time jumped 1 hour but employees still need to be there on time for their shift. Won't use app here again
