This place was packed and the team did a great job getting the orders out. Willow was one person that stuck out of the crowd. Extremely sweet and social. I'll be back because of Willow alone. Thanks guys for the coffee.

Last night girlfriend wanted the new Christmas cup that’s limited, we went in at 10:15 pm and baristas had the cups in hand, they said they were going to be for sale next day, she didn’t allow her to even see one. Next day girlfriend got up at 4:30 am, we went there to be the first customers and purchase one of those cups…. Baristas opened the door and told us THE CUPS WERE SOLD OUT!!!! My gf was heartbroken. Baristas took all the cups to resell on fb market. Which is BS.
I will NEVER tip baristas again.

The location of this Starbucks is ideal if you're on the north side of Greensboro. The fact that they've added a drive-thru has been a game changer for me so I can get my cup of Joe and go. Staff here are quick and always easy to deal with.

I ordered a DoorDash. And the first time they forgot my drink. I reordered my drink and it clearly says iced and they still send me a hot drink. They seriously need to pay more attention it’s so simple.
