I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for a few minutes when I entered the store and my name wasn’t called when my drink was ready. This staff didn’t seem very personable. At least my drink was made correctly though.

I order a breakfast tea with cream and 3 pumps of syrup. What I got was a coffee with breakfast tea bags in it with no syrup. That was an unpleasant surprise when I got home.

I like to introduce my kids to the wonderful world of coffee at Starbucks. We enjoy sitting in the sun and one of the newly refurbished locations and chatting talking about school, etc. The Starbucks experience is extremely consistent amongst stores. Finally complaint would be that store should not run out of a flavored syrup used in specialty drinks for a holiday theme related product. For instance, if it’s a couple of weeks before Christmas, don’t tell me you’re out of peppermint syrup, when half the menu includes peppermint drinks.Dietary restrictions: whatever it may be, they have it.Kid-friendliness: Kids always receive special attention.

Waitresses need to focus on the orders. Waited nearly 10 minutes for my pour over coffee. She did apologize and refunded my drink. There were 2 coffee order issues when I visited this establishment.
