The 2nd time I've come through the drive-thru and my chai tea latte is cold starting with the 3rd sip.... NOT GOOD..
Can't turnaround to go back... Feels like a waste.... Need you all to do better

Starbucks Coffee Company on Pisgah Church road has a nice, spacious seating area. The service is great and friendly. The coffee is great. However, this location is often out of the Honey citrus mint tea. When they have it, they only give one chamomile mint tea bag, while other locations give the original citrus mint tea and peach tranquility tea bags. Some customers purposely come to this location for the friendly service.
