I hope management sees this because in the past two weeks my orders have been wrong and the coffee is so bad. I see a bunch of new faces in the drive through they all need more training. From the people on the bar to drive through. Slow down, repeat the order correctly back, and fix the screen please. I just left there an I asked for a tall and I got a grande and the girl was rushing me but there was no one behind me.

I, for the past 14 years, have been a patron of this establishment- but not after today. While ordering refreshers I also wanted to purchase a new cup. I described the cup every detail, even to where it is located in the window facing the drive through. I was told that they would not sell me the cup and I would have to come in. Wow, đ± so the other people who were so lovely and over the last 14 yrs have done so with no issues. Note- it is not a busy time of day- I do attempt to be considerate and respectful and I have an injury currently that limits my mobilityâŠ.When I said that I would just get it from another location, she replied with âyou do that!â. I guess Iâm a caribou and Biggsby patron now.

This location is often out of the Honey citrus mint tea. When they do have it, they only give one tea bag, chamomile mint tea bag, while other locations give two bags. One is citrus mint tea and the other is peach tranquility tea, which is the original drink. I no longer frequent this location.

I love coming into this location!! Every time I come Taylor is so friendly. She always remembers my order and gets it out in a timely manner. She never disappoints. Even when she is the only one and has a few customers she always greets everyone with a smile. Her smile makes my day!! I purposely come to this location just to see a friendly face!!

I went here to get a cake pop and a travel mug. The employee, named Taylor, was behind the counter talking on her cell phone. I could hear the conversation and she was complaining about the job and how she was the only one working today. I was waiting for her to hang up the phone and help us. But she stayed on the phone, reached out for the travel mug in my hands. Rang it up and told me the total. No greeting and never asked if I wanted anything else. I told Taylor I wanted a cake pop for my son. She rolled her eyes. Grabbed one, rang me up, I paid. She was on her phone the entire time during this interaction. I should have just left. I was amazed by how poorly her customer service skills were. Taylor is either unaware how unprofessional it is to be on your cell phone while helping a customer or just does not care. If you see Taylor, stay away. I have had other staff there that were great.

Frequent this location alot and today was terrible. Wanted to take advantage of the Fatherâs Day BOGO. The customer service was zero star. Very slow and rudeâŠand was turned away at the window. Very disappointed!

I love Coffee and I love the Starbucks on Pisgah Church road because it has a nice, spacious seating area where one can sit and sip coffee and either watch the world go by, or browse the magazine/books/novels, or just play with one's phone and pretend to be busy :)
The service is great, the coffee is great and all's well with the world!...

Ryle had a line and decided to leave the counter and go somewhere. After I left the deli I returned back to the line to order.Ryle continues to eat and drink her food. Then have a conversation with another store employee. After visible waiting patiently and standing for awhile she then walk to the register and took my order.Never said I apologize for the wait or could you come back. Every time I come to this location and she is working the experience is daunting. So I googled one right down the road still on my commute with great customer service.Thank Ryle for my change of location. Still supporting the companyâŠwith a pleasant customer service experience.

My father and I stopped by the Starbucks while picking up his medication from Walgreens today. We went in and ordered two medium coffees. Paid it with some tips; waited for the coffees for about 10 minutes. When went to ask the same lady who took our orders how long itâs was going to take, she acted like sheâs unaware of us. She even walked in front of us at least twice while weâre waiting. Weâre sitting in the table right in-front the whole time. After looking up in the system she asked me, âtwo medium coffees?â I said âyesâ. She gets us coffees in double cups, one stacked over other (kind of an insult; which I thought wasnât necessary). It didnât taste like coffees, more like water, and even sadly, there were some actual coffees at the bottom of the cup. To us, it felt like they didnât actually brew it. Rather put coffees in a hot water, tried to filter it by hand and served us. I understand not many people drink hot coffees in summer days and they might not have it ready, but sheâd have just told us that itâs not ready and going to take some time. I felt very sad and disappointed at the same time today?

The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Cleanliness, kindness, and accurate would be my best description of the customer service I received today. I have received stellar service from a few other employees at this location everyone washes thier hands and wears gloves between orders the foods always great and the drinks are perfect.( Thank you!
