Always super friendly and always consistent. I appreciate that with so many overly busy starbucks this location is quick and always makes you feel welcome.

Ryle had a line and decided to leave the counter and go somewhere. After I left the deli I returned back to the line to order.Ryle continues to eat and drink her food. Then have a conversation with another store employee. After visible waiting patiently and standing for awhile she then walk to the register and took my order.Never said I apologize for the wait or could you come back. Every time I come to this location and she is working the experience is daunting. So I googled one right down the road still on my commute with great customer service.Thank Ryle for my change of location. Still supporting the company…with a pleasant customer service experience.

I don't understand how you except any business when there's 3-4 employees working in the morning avoiding taking orders by not wearing headsets and then ducking below the window to try to avoid being seen? Do better.

My father and I stopped by the Starbucks while picking up his medication from Walgreens today. We went in and ordered two medium coffees. Paid it with some tips; waited for the coffees for about 10 minutes. When went to ask the same lady who took our orders how long it’s was going to take, she acted like she’s unaware of us. She even walked in front of us at least twice while we’re waiting. We’re sitting in the table right in-front the whole time. After looking up in the system she asked me, “two medium coffees?” I said “yes”. She gets us coffees in double cups, one stacked over other (kind of an insult; which I thought wasn’t necessary). It didn’t taste like coffees, more like water, and even sadly, there were some actual coffees at the bottom of the cup. To us, it felt like they didn’t actually brew it. Rather put coffees in a hot water, tried to filter it by hand and served us. I understand not many people drink hot coffees in summer days and they might not have it ready, but she’d have just told us that it’s not ready and going to take some time. I felt very sad and disappointed at the same time today?

Short changing the customer is not good for business. I've watched this Starbucks go downhill over the last 4 months, it seems there's always new people there that don't know what their doing.

No stars if I could they want to make u give stars when this location is the worst in Greensboro ' Pisgah Church Road Starbucks was better inside the Harris Teeter ' the hours of operation changes so much u would think that there closing for good ' rather go to battleground location their hours are consistent

While I usually veer toward drinking local, sometimes ya just gotta hit up a Starbucks. Today was one of those days. I was craving a peppermint white chocolate mocha so I ordered ahead on my app and it gave me an estimated time. While this is the closest Starbucks to me, it was on my way to a friends and this Starbucks is usually less busy than the options on Battleground. This day, being it was Christmas Eve, it was packed! I was originally going to pick up in the drive thru but needed to get going. So I went inside right at the estimated time and my order was already up in the order ahead station with a stopper in it keeping it warm! I appreciated that a lot and greatly enjoyed my mocha. Oh! And even the venti mochas and lattes only have two shots of espresso apparently, so I added an extra shot. Let's be real... I'm tryna turn up on some caffeine.

The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Cleanliness, kindness, and accurate would be my best description of the customer service I received today. I have received stellar service from a few other employees at this location everyone washes thier hands and wears gloves between orders the foods always great and the drinks are perfect.( Thank you! THIS location is the reason I will start drinking cappuccinos and also the reason I will quit drinking them. When the drinks are great, it makes me want to have that same awesome taste every morning. When the drinks are bad at one location, I quit ALL the locations. First, if you are going to charge people inflated prices for Starbucks coffee then provide the same inflated good service that you claim to have! One thing that kept me coming back to THIS Starbucks was not only my favorite drink being made well, but some people have such GREAT service. Obviously, those people are no longer at this location. I went to Starbucks yesterday and there was the issue of them not being able to hear the difference between cappuccino\" and \"Frappuccino\" which *could* be because of the way I sound (I am quite fair and understanding). I ALWAYS get a cappuccino. So I've started saying \"Cappuccino, The Hot One\" when I place my order because I do not want the cold drink. When I got to the window, on this cold autumn morning, I get a Frappuccino, the cold one. I wondered why the price had gone up, but figured it was due to inflation. I told the nice person at the window that this was incorrect and that I had ordered \"The hot one.\" The person gave me a new drink and it was fantastic! I went home with a smile. Today's experience provoked me to write this review. I went to Starbucks today and ordered my usual. I get to the window and I pay like I usually do and started to leave. The drink was somewhat warm, I paid no attention to it. It seemed like a cappuccino so I left. I get down the road a little and start to sip my drink. Turns out, it was warm milk with caramel and foam filled barely half the way. I called Starbucks and the person that answers tells me to come back and they will make another. I get back up there, I tell them what was wrong with it, the girl gives me another cup filled nearly to the top this time. Because I have had the wrong drink given before, I do know that Starbucks will usually tell you to keep the badly made drink. Not this time, the girl told me to give it back as if she wanted to taste it herself because she didn’t believe my perception of taste OR she thought I was trying to get a free cup of cappuccino. I happily handed it over to her and drove away. This time, I had the smart idea to taste it before leaving the parking lot and boy, it tasted like nothing but sugar and syrup. I gave up. I did not want another one. I just went home. If you are going to go to Starbucks, skip this one. Other reviews have mentioned how long you have to wait and when you get there, your order is wrong. Imagine more than one person having that same issue on the same morning you are going and they are holding up the line through no fault of their own waiting for the correct drink. That is this location on any given morning.

Tonya the barista at the Starbucks here at Harris Teeter on Pisgah Church here is amazing!! This morning she was the only one working the morning rush fixing drinks, always kind ,always friendly even when the lines were backed up she manages to still maintain and keep everything under control make drinks perfectly and give outstanding customer service. Kudos for her and her positive energy even though she had absolutely NO help with 8 customers in line she had me in and out on time. Thanks Tonya
