Used to come here a lot it seems to have gone downhill in the last year seems very disorganized no pastries nobody seems to know how to run the register not sure what’s happening to Starbucks but if it doesn’t change they’re going bankrupt

Management please consider painting three lanes in the ground in the parking lot or having someone direct traffic. The parking lot has more than enough space for drive through (window), drive through (waiting to order) and people trying to get past the second lane that are just going in to pickup. The ppl waiting in line to order block everyone else from passing. What’s really causing this though, is the person standing outside taking orders. They stand so far away from the order board that you better know what you want or you’re out of luck. Also get mini laminated menus for people who don’t come often (Chick-fil-A has them) if you’re going to have someone standing outside. I come to this location literally every single day and it’s a nightmare outside. To be as Chick-fil-A you just do as Chick-fil-A does. lol paint the parking lot.

Got the pecan oatmilk latte and it was the worst one I’ve ever had. Was pretty much all oatmilk.. that’s all I could taste. Was sloppily made with syrup down the side of the cup. Had barely any topping, went inside to ask for some and had a guy give me a smart response. I was in restaurants for ten years .. anytime you answer the way he did it’s meant to be rude. Have had the worst day and all I wanted was a freakin coffee treat. Currently driving to a different one to hopefully get a correctly made one ✌?

Every time I come to this one I order two of the same drinks and they always are different. This morning I was in the area and tried them again. The first shaken espresso was very watered down. I don’t know how two drinks can taste completely different. Frustrating paying $6-8 for a drink and this happens.
