Closed and locked at 830pm 5/28/24. Absolutely ridiculous! One, post your correct hours, they are not on the door. And two, it's time to have regular hours again. SnS used to be almost exclusively 24 hours. I would forgive you for not going back to 24 hours but 8? Might as well shut down for good.

Sat at the drive thru where I was told to hold.. which is so problem. But Ended up driving off cause employee was outside smoking weed. The car smelled up so bad I left. My newborn doesn’t need to smell all that. Trashy place

I went here for lunch and it was just what I expected it was good and the little shoestring French fries were cooked and salted just right and my waitress was good and pleasant and smoking hot in a Asian kinda way

We went there for lunch ant noon and it said they were open online but when we got there they were closed. No sign up saying they were closed or anything. There was even employees in the store.

I was the only car in the drive-through and had to wait 10 minutes for my food while I watched 3 employees inside doing nothing but telling stories and laughing. Not sure what I was waiting for. The burger and fries were barely warm and the fries were as hard as rocks. The woman at the window acted like i ruined her day by asking for some salt. I won't ever go back there.

Avoid this location!!!RUDE RUDE awful customer service. I get being understaffed and the frustration but why is there a need to be rude to their customers, especially when I was nothing but kind and understanding.To the female taking the orders in the drive thru , do better. A simple hi or a please hold or thank you for your order or just speaking with a little kindness . Lady at drive thru taking orders is speaking to customers so poorly and just doesn’t even care . Hope they get some better customer service because I love the food here . Doesn’t take much to be a little kind . Rude nasty and I won’t be back.

They are just understaffed here at the current time of my posting this. They usually have about 1 person serving the whole place so that means it can be slow to get both food and service. Usually it isn't very busy but that always depends on when you go. There food is alright not top tear but still good. Atmosphere is very friendly despite the struggles they may be having.
