Love the variety of beers! Not just IPA's and lagers like a lot of local breweries. Most of the food I've tried is delicious as well, and the service has always been great. I with they had a little later hours, and I wish there was an indoor area separate from the kitchen or a covered/screened in area outside with heaters/fans/rain protection that was dog friendly. I love to bring my dog to breweries and often end up choosing another brewery due to not wanting to be outdoors in the weather, but that's just a suggestion, not a complaint.

Just visited Steel Hands Brewing for the first time last night – and I will definitely be back! I attended as part of a networking event – what a great space. The beer was delicious, bartenders friendly and the space is super large. I love the prime location across from the First Horizon Coliseum. Can't wait to return!

I wound up here during a private event taking up most of the space. The coffee lager seems to be their thing. I recommend it. The pizza, not so much. The crust is great, but they seem to use a marinara sauce instead of just a tomato sauce. The crust can't hold it up and frankly it's not good. Parking is limited. Prices are reasonable.

Expensive and not good pizza. Came here for lunch, ordered the mighty meat pizza. It was $20 and 12in which was about enough for one person. The pizza was also mainly sauce and little cheese and toppings. After eating my whole pizza I left still hungry. Will not be coming back

Been supporting this place since they opened and have always enjoyed the beer, atmosphere and food. Pizza was not edible, nachos burned and fountain soda flat. Not many people in there for a Saturday night but we made the best of it. Accoustical singer raised the rating from a 2 to 3. Will come back when food gets better.

Nice place with plenty of seating. Deducted 1 star for 1 way road entrance and Sat $8 flight special which cost $12.

A very pleasant evening was enjoyed here in this huge space. Steel Hands has over a dozen of their own beers on tap, some of which are a bit more "candy" flavored than beer flavored. "Creme Brulee Coffee Lager" and "Pecan Brown Ale" and "Strawberry Cheesecake Sour" which appeals to some people but not me. Thankfully, they also have hefeweizen and a triple IPA and Irish Red.

I spotted the "Old Carolina Lager" on the board and enjoyed a pint. Crisp, light, it's a delicious beer-flavored beer. It would have been perfect with a pizza from their on-site kitchen except that I'd already eaten dinner earlier.

Lots of room and many different seating options here. Couches and low tops and hightops and some "community" tables too. I got a table in the corner and the only bummer was that there wasn't a power outlet nearby. Still, I enjoyed my beer and the wifi for a while.

Overall, a very positive time and I'm really glad I landed here.

Brewery space was large. 2 sides to decide from for hanging out. Outdoor space is large with several seating and game options. Did not eat so can't rays the food. Beers were just ok, for me.

Place is closed for a private event.

As of November 2024, their pizza really went downhill from before. If you compare to older photos in the review, your pizza will look nothing like that. They can’t even slice it properly.

Good list of beer, but the pizza is so bad and flimsy. Worse pizza than domino’s.

Grest pizza and beer ever, Grest layout will be back. The bartender was great in helping me find the right beer.

Whichever beer style you like they'll always have something in your wheelhouse. Different nights have different themes to bring you out. Trivia with Terese on Wednesday is my favorite.
