The food is always good. They do need to work on the interaction with the customers. If you make an effort they will open up and be some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
We Always Order To Go, But The Inside Is Always Clean And Quiet When We Visit. Staff Is Very Polite And Pleasant To Talk With Food Is Made Fresh And Hot To Order.

Maiya is the cashier that served me at this restaurant she is very rude and act like she knows it all and don’t know nothing. Yesterday 2/12/24 I went to this establishment for lunch. I asked for a Philly chicken sub combo with a drink. Yes it’s my fault I didn’t check my order before leaving but when I got home I realized it was a steak and cheese and not chicken. So I go back to this unprofessional location not upset at all just bringing back my order that was wrong and telling them I ordered chicken not steak. So she ( Maiya) never apologize about the mistake she made she just takes the food back that I returned and proceeds to tell the cooks with an attitude "I heard her order a Philly steak but she said she wants a chicken". I told her no ma”am I never ordered steak that was your mistake I haven’t eaten red meat in over 10 years so I know I never said steak. I told her there was no need to be nasty it was a simple mistake an apologize would be nice for my inconvenience. She says” apology for what? I heard steak”. Well Maiya CLEARLY you heard wrong. My suggestion is next time stop tryna multi task running the drive thru and front counter so you can hear your customers correctly. Clearly multi tasking isn’t your strongest point and neither is customer service. Had you came to the counter to take my order instead of being lazy having me speak louder so you could hear me (but clearly still didnt hear me) from the drive thru you might’ve gotten my order correct the first time. Sub Station ll I normally love your food but having a rude unprofessional bad customer service cashier in the front of your store representing your company is not a good look. I will NOT be back for a long time. I hope and pray my next visit years from now you will have a better cashier with better customer service and a welcoming energy. She is not it and definitely needs training. the 3 stars was for the food because its pretty good but the customer service if I could give negative 5 stars. That would justify my experience at this place. Do better, customer service is the heart of your business. Employees can be replace but your reputation sits with your business forever.

Found this local sub place. They offer probably 50 different types of cold and hot subs, even a few gyros. Food was made to order and was pretty goos for the price. Service was ok. Counter order with some inside seating.
