Went to Subway in my area to use a Footlong small meal coupon for $8.99. Server told me that I can only use the coupon for build your own sub and not for the elite chick bacon ranch sub. Nowhere at any other location but this one has someone said that I have to use this coupon on a build your own sub and then proceed to charge me for double cheese when the sub I wanted comes with double cheese already (elite chicken bacon ranch). Maybe I’m wrong but reading the coupon, it only states that certain locations approve coupons (which this location does) and that I’m able to get any sub except the The beast and the garlic roast beef…who knows how many other people have been getting upcharged by them not knowing how to properly read the coupons.

Very bad service. We went at 8 at night to buy food and they didn't even let us in. They closed the door in our faces and told us it was closed, and it wasn't even 10 at night. A very bad-tempered woman yelled at us saying it was already closed.

Been stopping by this location approximately two weeks now and they have not had the boxes to sell the dorito nacho foot long ….false advertising an item over a period of time that you can’t sell is CRAZY!!!!! Subway get it together!

Cashier lied bout price through drive through kept change
The young kids at this location seem like they are incompetent of doing their job. Clearly stating what I would like on my order for each specific sandwich, and the young girl still does the complete opposite. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get service because they were that slow and I had already placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there. The Mail manager is the only one there with a sense of what he is doing. Everybody else seems like they are there just to have fun and goof off.. Service should never be this bad regardless of how busy or how rough of a day has been

I did an online order. At the very top of the order, I asked for 1 sandwich to be the meat toasted only and both sandwich cut into 4s. When I got to the store they were just fixing my sandwich. I watched as he toasted my sandwich and loaded it with olives cut in half and wrapped.

The wait at the drive-thru is RIDICULOUS! I did not review last week when I waited over 20 minutes because there were 4 cars ahead of me. I went back yesterday and I was the only car at the drive-thru window, when I first pulled up a female voice said we will be right with you. I sat there for 14 minutes waiting for someone to come back to the speaker, finally I drove up to the window to look inside and two men were preparing subs and one woman was out in the public area. She came behind the counter and changed the trash bags in three trash cans. She washed her hands and came to the window and said how are you today, how can I help you and I said I am fine, what is going on with all of you in there? She said what do you mean? I said I sat at that speaker FOREVER and finally pulled up because no one came to help me. I told her about the woman who said they would be right with me and she replied, that must have been someone else I just got here.
