The wait at the drive-thru is RIDICULOUS! I did not review last week when I waited over 20 minutes because there were 4 cars ahead of me. I went back yesterday and I was the only car at the drive-thru window, when I first pulled up a female voice said we will be right with you. I sat there for 14 minutes waiting for someone to come back to the speaker, finally I drove up to the window to look inside and two men were preparing subs and one woman was out in the public area. She came behind the counter and changed the trash bags in three trash cans. She washed her hands and came to the window and said how are you today, how can I help you and I said I am fine, what is going on with all of you in there? She said what do you mean? I said I sat at that speaker FOREVER and finally pulled up because no one came to help me. I told her about the woman who said they would be right with me and she replied, that must have been someone else I just got here.

My boyfriend and I placed on order through the app and waited in the parking lot until it was time for us to go into the restaurant. When we entered the restaurant, there was one employee at the counter helping someone and it looks like 3 other customers were leaving with their food. It didn’t seem like a big deal at first until I saw what appeared to be my boyfriend and I unmade sandwiches at the condiments section. I asked the employee if the sandwiches had been on the counter for that long since the estimated pick up time was in 15 mins. The employee made a comment that that she had just placed the sandwiches on the counter and wasn’t expecting us there so soon. The customer she was helping repeated my question since she didn’t seem to understand my question. She then said annoyingly “You ain’t gotta worry about nobody doing anything to your food”. I informed her that the app had quoted a certain time for pick up. Instead of apologizing about the wait, she tried to make me feel dumb or dramatic for even asking. I was concerned about viruses that can end up making you sick. Her coworker, who I guess was on a break at the time came out and finished up our sandwiches. He was much nicer at least. It definitely looks like she started our sandwiches and stopped to help the other customer who didn’t even place an online order and just walked in from off of the street. I’m not happy with this at all at don’t plan on returning to this location.

I placed an order on the app for this location and then on the way there I got an email and some notifications it was cancelled. The location denies cancelling it and the ability to see the order at all even though I was charged for it. I’m a college student who only gets to eat out on special occasions and they took my money and denied me of food / any help whatsoever. the manager was COMPLETELY rude and uncalled for telling me it wasn’t her fault. but obviously it’s not mine either so she’s supposed to be the one to fix it. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION PLEASE. PLEASE PLEASE i’m begging you as a paying customer who received no food

Best one I've been to so far. Severely understaffed though....like 1 person for 15-20 customers while simultaneously working the drive through. I hope they pay her properly cuz she deserves it in spades!!!

Placed an order through the subway app, and never got my order, called the subway store after 2 hours of waiting with not even a confirmation notification. The manager told me they don’t have my order and there is nothing he can do because they don’t have it. So basically is that stealing?

I've never gone through a Subway drive-thru out of worry of this exact type of thing. The guy at the speaker didn't seem to understand what we were asking for, so we rolled up to the window. Same sandwich I've gotten almost every time at any subway I've been to, and this one is horrible. Asked for provolone, got shredded Monterey cheddar. Asked for sandwich to be toasted with light bell peppers and onions. Got a whole onion's worth of raw onions and raw peppers. Asked for light garlic aioli, which comes with the sandwich, and I know most places slather it on thick. And got a mayo-filled sandwich that has so much mayo on it that I've struggled to eat it, even scraping off as much as I can. Told me he didn't have sun chips and then proceeds to hold up sun chips as a chip option... large cup of sweet tea with absolutely no ice and warm as hell.Wish I'd gone somewhere else because that was a total waste... If I didn't have back to back meetings right after I purchased the food, I would've taken this back or eaten something else. But gotta do what you gotta do. Just don't waste your time eating here. There are subways everywhere. Better luck at the next one.

khristy, needs to learn communication skills,” i can’t just have people just come and grab things,” i felt targeted no one else got that service! first and last time i deal with this rude customer service! i always place orders here and this is the first time i get approached like this, theres ways to communicate about new policy’s and or procedures! get the wrong customer mad and you will see!
