They say they take coupons but then they give 1 million stipulations on how you can use them so they might as well say they do not take coupons. And then half of the employees that work there cannot even speak English so when you’re trying to redeem free points and get discount they can’t even understand what you’re saying or how to apply it. I do like Subways food but it shouldn’t be a hassle. Every time I go to give you all my money.

I pre-ordered online today specifically asking for extra mayo provolone cheese and for it to be toasted. My sandwich had no mayo on it at all, no cheese, and it wasn't toasted. Like how hard is it to follow simple instructions that are right in front of you?

Honestly, they don't even deserve one star. I went in yesterday with a coupon for a buy. 1 get 1 free foot long. I usually go in there and get the same thing. All the time, which is an All American sub. That comes with Turkey, ham, and bacon. They told me I had to pay for bacon for a sub that already has bacon on it. So I turned around and went to another Subway and they honored the coupon and did not charge me for bacon. I will not be returning to this location after years of going there.
