Apparently they didn't understand how I wanted my sub made, it was very sloppy unappealing & I don't even eat olives, I reached out to customer care, no reply I just wanted to be compensated in some way..So I guess they just ignore unsatisfied customers!!!!! Will definitely spread the word to friends & family 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😡

Tonight we were at the subway inside at 840pm trying to place an online order. Even though they closed at 9pm they were clearly in a hurry to get us out of there. The app was malfunctioning and we couldn’t place the order. We were informed the app stops taking orders at 830pm. Complete lie! As soon as we left they turned the lights off and locked the door. It was 845pm. Seriously. Come on people do better. So now we are at another subway. Terrible.

Went in for simple single protein sandwich..was $2.23 more then the subway near my residence..not impressed by the price difference for the same item is there no consistency in stores ..just another example of corporate price gouging the costumer....very disappointing roast beef ..tough 1/2 the meat on sandwich ..definitely will not go back..both purchased same day

Horrible service. I walked in ask to use bathroom before I placed order the manager was rude and she stated bathroom was for customer. I stated I was a customer I just needed to use bathroom before I placed my order. It's normally a friendly guy here when I come here. I will never return. Not spending money where you are rude at. I run a business and she was definitely unprofessional

My recent visit to this Subway location was disappointing and below the standards I've come to expect from the chain. Upon arrival, I encountered cleanliness issues that detracted from the dining experience. The service was marred by the discourteous demeanor of the cashier (Judy) who refused to provide silverware with my meal, insisting it could only be obtained with a salad purchase, which was not communicated clearly. I paid $8.00 for a salad that was unappetizing—consisting solely of lettuce with noticeable black spots and browning leaves. This indicated a lack of freshness and hygiene standards.

Unfortunately, this visit was marred by similar complaints echoed in other reviews, suggesting a consistent problem with maintaining professionalism! and quality at this establishment.

So we were going to get subs and the Indian dude got rude so I caught him and gave him a disapproval face and kindly said nah we can leave. So I left and my man was last to leave he said the Indian dude turned rude to him too even though we were leaving. Guess he took it personal but nah he should have waited til no customer to give that rude attitude.
