I usually love Subway so it breaks my heart to have to leave this review for this location - had two very bad experiences here over the last few weeks, won’t be coming back 🥀

Sabrina, I’m pretty sure a manager, is the nicest person. Every single time I go in she is smiling and laughing. I asked her name just so I could post this. Give that girl a raise and a promotion.

Terrible service overall
Will contact BBB. Make sure they ring you up under the correct bundle price in the computer. They falsely charged me $28 for 2 foot long tunas w guac. Keep in mind there are 2 pricing codes in there computer. If it's not rung up as a bundle you will be charged the price as if you are only purchasing one sub. I called this location asking for explanation. The employee not only got nasty with me but, she accused me of harassment because I called to speak with the manager/owner because she would not give me an actual explanation or offered to compensate the difference and threatened to provide my phone number to the police instead of the owner. Will be contacting BBB, all of this could have been handled with a simple compensation of the price difference. Instead, guys accused me of harassment.So I will be reaching out to the better business bureau.

Was double charged and getting the run around about receiving my refund. Even came in trying to show both of my receipts… they still dismissed me once again as if I’m lying when I’m not even at fault. Smh. I come here EVERY DAY on my lunch break…
Update: I CAME BACK AND SABRINA MADE IT RIGHT! I was overcharged 3$ after doing the math and she made it right. Thank you Sabrina ❤️

Do not order here. They will accept any promo codes online and then cancel your order and keep the hood on your account. When I called to ask about the cancellation as instructed in the cancellation, the person on the phone was rude, condescending, and kept yelling over me. Horrible service and the person should not work with the public.

I've been wanting to try the. $5 Footling Nachos for a while.let me just say It wasn't anything like they asvertized. It barely has any meat on it and the other toppings were just as sparse. Even the amount of nachos was lacking.And it left me still hungry for something more satisfying that would fille up. Don't waste your time or money in this one! On a positive note however, the $5 chocolate chip cookie Footling is always sooo good! I like to eat it warm with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream. It's the best💯The $5 Oreo cookie Footling is good if you like marshmallow fluff for the filling instead of the creamy white filling it's known for. It's not the same and I found it gave me a weird mouth feel with the spongey, gooey feeling; not the creamy sugar overload you get from A Double Stuff Oreo cookie! I'd rather run down the road and pick up a pack of Oreos original or Double Stuff Oreos than eat that yuck again. Well, that's my honest review after trying all three $5 Footling snacks from Subway.

This has been our “go to” Subway for 6 years. No more. First … the overall attitude of the staff is that they hate their jobs. Couldn’t smile if they tried.
Second … apparently management has decided to charge extra for more toppings. This confuses me. How much of a topping is the “regular” amount. You can’t charge more for a subjective amount. Idiots.
My wife loves the chicken protein bowl. Well loved. $12 for 1/2 a bowl and 4 banana peppers? She asked for more and were told they were extra. YOU CAN’T CHARGE EXTRA FOR A SUBJECTIVE AMOUNT!!! You can charge extra for a package of something, like a condiment but you can’t charge extra for something determined by the associate.
If the customer wants extra toppings, THAT’S THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS!! Charge 10 cents more for the chips or drinks.
Well, we’re done. It’s a shame because we were fans of this Subway, but the owner needs to learn a little more about running a business and oh yeah … the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!
