On 12/28 at 8pm I pull up to order at the drive thru and I hear nothing. I wait for a while and then pull around to see two female employees just standing there on phones not working. Do better.

I also had the mad faced employee who was annoyed and rolled her eyes as she made sandwiches.....I ignored that and proceeded to sit and enjoy my lunch....thats when she decided to start spraying cleaners 10 feet away from me as she cleaned the lobby...I left and have to return when the nice girls are

normally the staff are friendly & outgoing but there is one lady who doesn't want to be there....she has a mad face and an attitude to match....so try to have anyone else make your sub and you will be fine

This is by far the best subway I've eaten in Greensboro. These ladies are so freaking sweet and clean. Victoria you won my heart over sweet pea how you handle guest that are just rude for no reason. You deserve a raise my dear. Because of you I come in 3 times a week for my veggie bowl or 6 in. veggie sub. Everything is always displayed nicely and it's so fresh. Thanks for caring ladies. It means a lot in today's world. I will always tip you nicely. Give yourselves a big pat on the back. You're awesome ?Vegetarian options: Anything you want. If you want a sub without bread ? please get the bowl. It's amazing ?

Would literally give 0 stars if I could. Ordered through the app using a coupon. The payment went through. Upon arrival was told that they don't honor the coupon so they couldn't give the food. Also wouldn't refund. Absolutely horrible service. Won't ever go back and I suggest you don't either.

The only reason I gave 1 star is bc that's the lowest you can give! The customer service is terrible. The worker Victoria is very rude! After eye rolling me she also refused to warm up meatballs and she put jalapenos on my daughters sub instead of pickles like she was asked. I will not be returning to this location which is sad bc I work 2 minutes from this location and my co-workers and I eat here several times a week, I plan on telling them about my experience and will encourage them not to spend money at this particular subway
