I had a great experience at Subway! The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, which made the visit really pleasant. The staff were friendly and efficient — my order was prepared quickly and exactly how I wanted it. It’s always nice to see a place that takes both cleanliness and customer service seriously. Highly recommend this Subway location!

I stopped by this Subway recently, and I was really impressed with how clean and well-organized the place was. The staff was super friendly and patient while I customized my sandwich. Everything looked fresh — from the veggies to the bread — and my sub was made exactly how I wanted it.
The restaurant had a nice, welcoming atmosphere, and my order was ready quickly, even though there were a few people ahead of me. I also appreciated how they kept the tables clean and stocked up on napkins and condiments.
Overall, a great experience — fresh food, great value, and excellent customer service. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve visited!

Kat (Cat?) is great. She and her coworker (but frequently solo) handled the lunch orders for me and my coworker for weeks.
While she was preparing a sub yesterday, she asked the manager/owner (Raj?) to do something, that needed to be done, as he was standing at the register waiting.
He got an attitude and started berating her about hiring her to do her job and he doesn't do her favors. My coworker heard it from the bathroom.
I bit my tongue, until he closed the 8ft distance between them to continue berating her. I intervened and asked him to let her do her job if he doesn't want to do as she asked.
He could have stepped back and realized he shouldn't have been doing this in front of customers, but he decided to argue me on the merits of berating her. I instantly lost my want to give him my business and left.
Entitled managers like this are the reason businesses fail. Employees are not your slaves. They are part of YOUR team. You should be looking for ways to make the team succeed, not arguing about whose job is what. You're standing there... waiting.
IF this is really a problem for you address it at the end of the shift, when you have a cooler head about it. Don't ruin your employee's morale while they are working.
There were other obvious signs of mismanagement around the store... like not having tea at lunch time for weeks.
You were there at 7am making bread? Good, but that's just a start. I hope you take this as a wake up call. The staff does what they can, but you need to take responsibility for your business.

This Subway was a disappointment, to say the least. The restrooms didn't appear to have been cleaned in a significantly long time, resulting in hard water stains and additional debris. When I went to stand in line to order, I was told by the staff person behind the counter that she was on her break and off the clock, so she couldn't make a sandwich at that time. This isn't good business. If she was the only employee working at that specific time, and was on break, I believe it would have made greater sense to lock the door than to turn customers away at the register. I won't be returning to this location unless changes are put in place to prioritize the customer experience.

The customer service here is certainly slacking. The attendant was on the phone for the entirety of our ordering. She ended up making the wrong sandwich twice.

The girl didn’t greet me.. just stood there looking at me.. I thought she was on the phone because her AirPods were in. She barely spoke and took my order like she was annoyed. If she didn’t want to be there, she need to clock out and go home.

There are so many people in the store ordering that they put off online orders and then try to work them in but fail to do so. I saw the girl making my order and she threw away the receipt before she put it in the bag so she didn’t know which bag to put it in. I told her the order and name to help her out and I got the name of the sub wrong so she rolled her eyes and dismissed me. After that I made a comment stating that she needed her attitude checked and another employee apologized for her behavior. I told him it wasn’t his fault and to have a nice day. This subway really needs some expert management in there.
Ask for Noah. He makes the best sandwiches!

I'm speaking from the point of view of an employee and I can tell you that this place taken over by a new manager about 2 years ago.
He's done some things to help it, but I don't know why he wouldn't take coupons.
He's very nice. Some employees are nice, and some are not.
Personally, I just wanted to say that many reviews are out of date because of this, but also sorry for the many that were badly served.

Clean restaurant, fast service, friendly and funny employees... I recommend this location
Very slow service. Not very clean. Didn't toast my subs that were on my online order but I didn't feel like waiting....was already 10 minutes past the estimated time. Not to mention the lady that came in complaining about being overcharged.

Three stars for atmosphere because it's clean. The service is spotty at best. I've gone on several different occasions. Everyone's entitled to a bad day but each time I go you're never greeted with a smile you're greeted with somebody's forehead because they're too busy looking down. As far as the food is concerned I ordered on all three occasions. First go around the churro did not have any cinnamon sugar whatsoever the second occasion. The sandwiches were such a mess not heated all the way through. Not labeled as they had two different types of cheese. The Sandwich Artist barely addressed me. And my last interaction was for churro and a pretzel. The churro was so hard I could not bite it I brought it back in and asked for a new one. She did give me one however it was equally as stale as was the pretzel. I won't be going here ever again

The Staff are not helpful they do not know common sense very disappointing. I guess They hire anybody these days there was this immigrate who was very rude and gave us a mouth for the last 9 times i am not coming here anymore the immigrate does not know any English and this location does not take coupons.
