I'm speaking from the point of view of an employee and I can tell you that this place taken over by a new manager about 2 years ago.
He's done some things to help it, but I don't know why he wouldn't take coupons.
He's very nice. Some employees are nice, and some are not.
Personally, I just wanted to say that many reviews are out of date because of this, but also sorry for the many that were badly served.

We came in about an hour before closing, the worker was really nice even when we requested three different foot long sidekicks and two subs. He was quick and efficient making everything. We only gave it 4 for atmosphere since there was a lot of crumbs on the counter but since it was closing I’m sure that would be cleaned in no time. We will be back!

This shop has gone way down hill....this use to be our favorite Subway but no more....My sub was totally wrong....chicken teriyki instead of the new steak terriyke. This was app order . Didnt know about screw up until we got home.
