Love this crew!! Food is fresh and delicious.
It’s twenty minutes until 10pm. They have open signs on and online says they close at 10… well why in the world did they just tell me they are closed!?! I just rushed over here because my baby girl has pneumonia and asked for Subway! These people should really be ashamed of themselves. Every experience with them is terrible. What a disappointment.
Vegetarian area I found a chicken bucket of the cucumber
0 stars. Waited in the drive thru more than 20 mins then went inside to get my money back as NO ONE came back to the window after taking my money. They were serving the lobby that had came after us. The lady that was there had a NASTY attitude. DO NOT GO THERE. They always have employees that just DON’T CARE about anything. Will never be back!!!!!!
I work near this Subway so I pop in for lunch every now and then. The staff is always super friendly to me and has great recommendations.

I purchased 3 footlong sandwiches and the lady didn't place all the meat on my sandwiches. They're supposed to place the entire sleeve of lunch meat on them. Have they changed from doing that. Everyone I got sandwiches for had complaints about the small amount of meat. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this subway on Hicone Rd in Greensboro NC. Management sucks

Just walked in for an early lunch, wasn’t greeted, I spoke and was barely spoken back to. 3 female employees behind the counter, I could clearly see they was working on other orders ( mobile orders) . It was only me and my friend in the restaurant. We proceeded to look over the menu. No one asked if they could help us or even say “hey, we will be with you in a moment “ it’s the lack of customer service for me. So we decided to leave because for a few more moments nothing changed, no one asked if we was ready or anything they continued doing what they was doing. Mobile orders are just as important, but the guest that are in your face are first priority. At least greet them with a smile and let them know you will be with them in moment.

Rude, hateful, workers here. Almost a month ago I ordered a rib sandwich for my husband online, it was cold and had the wrong fixings. Which I still have the receipt, which specifies what was asked to put on the sandwich. I went inside and told the stout black lady it was wrong nicely, she say that it the was it is online, and she was back biting (talking rude and smart) and using profanity, with me and then lied on me and said I came in the place being loud and rude. To make a long story short, her skinny black co worker was quite at first then she started yelling and screaming and using profanity. The two girls were also holding up the drive thru fussing with me. I did not take their mess, and told them about themselves. My husband came and witnessed the entire scene and stated how rude and unprofessional they both were. All I asked for was a new sandwich. This is some of the story and Corporate has been notified. We no longer go to this location. Corporate never contacted me nor gave my money back!!!

Meat did not get microwaved .. got cold steak and bacon and then told it was because it took 15 mins and it was sitting out. I know that they did not microwave my sub because I have went inside and watched them attempt to put cold steak on my sandwich. They need to go to subway school or something to think it’s ok not to heat up the meat being served. It’s a big no thanks for me… what happened next he refused to make both subs. Terrible terrible terrible.. do not waste your money.

The night manager there is amazing. I personally witnessed him turn the whole store around. I used to dread coming to this location but had to out of convenience. But then I started running into him and he was polite, hustled, and made me want to come back. As a few months went by the quality of the store, employees, and atmosphere vastly improved. I am extremely grateful for this night manager making my experience with this store great.
