This subway location is not one I recommend. Very lazy and rude staff. The food is a hit or miss on quality. Now they are back making people wear masks or they want serve you. I will not be going to this location or any others in Greensboro ever again.

Ashley was amazing. I had multiple orders that were written down and she never got frustrated with me reading them off and even grabbed the chips and drinks so I didn’t have to figure them out. She was so friendly and professional even tho most would be annoyed by this. I would recommend all I know to this store because of how she handled everything. She’s definitely an asset to this location and company!

OMG! Whoever owns this franchise owes Ashley an enormous raise and promotion. The poor thing was all alone in the shop until 9pm (franchise owner needs to fix that, it’s not safe). Regardless, she was upbeat, friendly, efficient and knocking it out of the park. She only shared with me she was alone until 9 when I told her I admired her grace under fire. There was a long line and she was nothing but cheerful and professional. Franchise owner needs to take of her, she’s an absolute asset.

This subway location have a wonderful atmosphere! The employees are the absolute best I have seen at this location. They definitely make you feel like family walking through the door! The two ladies Ashley and Vanessa served me and my family and did amazingly well with getting everyone in and out in a timely manner!! Rockstars!!clean and organized restaurant!! I will definitely be making this location Permanent !! Great job subway!!!

Ordered subs online - went to pick them up 30 mins later and they still weren’t ready. Not the girls fault that was working because she was there BY HERSELF. The management team at this location ought to be ashamed of themselves for leaving her there alone. And what’s even worse? She can’t even get a hold of a manager to issue my refund.

Subway is always between great and good for me. It used to be my go to place for 'healthier' fast food, though I have gotten a little sick of it over the months. Either way, it's a great place to get a quick but fulfilling bite that tastes above average compared to other fast food areas.

I normally don't have an issue with this Subway, which is why I come to this location instead of the one closest to my house. Yesterday, my husband and I went. As we were about to enter, I see a sign taped to the door stating that they are only accepting cash...and exact cash at that. We go back to our car to see if we have enough cash to go with our coupons. We go in, place our order, give the coupons, and pay. As we walk out, I realize that we paid too much, and our receipt doesn't reflect the coupons. I go back inside and see that he has the coupons in his hand, and after waiting 30 minutes find out that the person who rang me up doesn't have the authority to issue a refund nor does he know how much my refund should be. Since the Manager was not there, I now have to go back to Subway this morning to speak with her. Hopefully, they will get the card reader back up and running soon.

How in the hell can a sandwich shop be out of bread at 12:10 in the afternoon???? Walked in and they were saying would have bread in 10 minutes. There was few people in front of me. I looked at my watch to see that it was 12:10 and there was a lady that was very slow ordering. I got up to counter and the was still no bread, it was 1225. This would be a great place for a sandwich shop
