We visited this location today(12/22/23 at 12:40 pm). I want to say that the two ladies working today were awesome. Fast, efficient and great attitudes. I’m not sure what their names were but I can tell you, they get the job done. They communicated with each other very well and seem to make a great team! Our subs were fresh and made neatly. The restaurant itself was clean and up to standards.

Horrible managment and rude staff.. Is it protocol to tell someone they're not fit for this job, when they have indeed had experience in the food industry? Or is it because you favor a certain type of person to fill the position? I call bigotry.

If you want a simple salad don’t go when they have more than 5 customers. I was told after waiting in line for over 10 mins that if I wanted a salad I would need to step to the side so that the other 5 customers behind me orders could be taken first because my salad would “take too long”

I went there tonight and got a meatball sub . I was dissatisfied because the netballs tasted horrible and tough the veggies were not fresh like the whole sub was off.

A young man named Jacob made my sandwich, I got the mexicali rotisserie chicken, He fixed it just like I asked,was very polite and both people working were very nice...Best subway sandwich I've had in a long time! Thanks Jacob!

Their food taste amazing! They are also very kind people they ask what you want and if they can’t hear you they ask again so they don’t get your order wrong! These people are the best by far that I have been to!

They don’t never want to work I call to order a subway because it was 8:15 and it says they open at 7:30. they told me they would not be ready till 8:30 because they open late. this is the 3 time I try to buy food with them and can’t because they not ready they need a better manager.

Ordered sub on app for curbside pickup. Arrived when app said it was ready, advised I was there and in assigned parking, but no one brought to car. After 30 minutes of trying to call the store with no answer and blowing my horn once, went inside and girl said her computer went down, but managed to make sub the exact way I ordered. By this time no customers were there for at least 15 minutes. When I walked in she grabbed my sub off the counter and said it was mine. She had absolutely no intention of bringing to the car.

I came in on 6/6 and there was a new girl working by herself (I know because she told me). She didn’t know what came on the subs because it was her 1st day and she was by herself! Finally got the subs made and the system was down. She called someone for help and they told her to call another or I could use cash but I only had a card. I waited about 10 mins and finally said forget. 3 subs made for nothing..wasted time!!

I'd give no stars if possible. Suppose to be open at 830am these two folks were in their car smoking and on the phone. I had pulled up at the site at 0904 and the audacity to not have the place ready and open is unsatisfactory. The attitude I received from pulling up to a location which was suppose to be open is unreal.

Everytime I go to this location I have something under cooked, falling apart into pieces with the first bite, or rang up wrong and overcharged. Will drive to the other side of town for now on. It's not worth the trouble.
