This subway is never open after 12am. Went in there three times once at 1:30am it was closed, 2nd time I was told the system had to reset at 3:00am after waiting 30 mins in line, the third time in here at 2:10 and it’s closed again. False advertisement? Also there was a worker there each time.

As I am writing this I am smashing this Ham sub! I want to shout out Tina for her time and effort while making my sandwich. I spend $20 on a sub that never looks $20 worth. People really don't care about quality anymore. Tina does! She needs a raise! Thank you Tina! Awesome sub!!

Did an online order of a 12" "the Boss, "a 12" pizza sub, a 6" meatball sub, and a salad. After I picked up my order, I looked at it, and it only contained three 6" subs. So I asked him to fix it. He made 2 more 6" subs for the missing amount. While waiting, I opened the other subs to check them. My "The Boss" was missing the peperoni, so he then had to remake that as well. I was not impressed and am very glad that I did not tip as the App tries to encourage you to do. Instead of guilting people to tip your sandwich makers, pay them appropriately and train them better.

I ordered on postmates for my order 2 hours ago and no one picked up my order, i went to go pick it up since postmates wasn't doing their job, mind you its a 24/7 gas station/ subway and the door was locked my fiance was ignored by the employees for over 20 mins. just staring at him not even talking to him yall need to do better

Whomever was working behind the counter at 10:25 that took my order had a very unpleasant attitude. Refused to let me scan my Subway app QR code, very dismissive and curt, and practically threw my sandwich at me over the prep table instead of placing it on the counter for me to pick up at checkout. Also didn't give me my receipt. Will not eat here again.

Guy's English is TERRIBLE! Keeps repeating what you say over and over, WRONG- then makes the sub wrong! He was there BY HIMSELF today, and it was impossible! I know it's hard to find folk to work, but what is he doing for your customers, or your brand?

This place sucks. Rude, unprofessional staff. One of the girls seemed upset that I didn't want meat or cheese just a veggie. She started giving the other girl working bad looks when I would say what I wanted on the sandwich. She hosed it in red wine vingarette making it acidic tasting. She also got upset when I asked for more olive oil and basically sprayed the sandwich with it. And they don't take coupons.
