Sandwich was good but customer service was lacking. Went in on a cold rainy day and the worker behind the counter did not read my body language saying I had one mission- get a sandwich and leave. Ran my card- declined. Tried again, declined. I assumed it was because I don’t normally eat on this side of town. So I ran another card from a completely different credit card company. Declined. I told her it was her reader. She said, “no… you’re not the first card user I’ve had today.” I would have left my sandwich and just went elsewhere but I was in a time crunch. handed her cash. Called my card company when I got into my vehicle. Of course they had no notification that I had even tried to run my card and said my account is in good standing.

So, I used to come here super often, and normally if a worker isn’t outside smoking when someone comes/ they half make your food and it’s sloppy as ever….then have the audacity to say no or have an attitude if you ask them to correct it. Just save your time and go somewhere else.

Two 12 inch subs was almost $30. Haven’t been to subways in a bit so I guess I didn’t realize how expensive they have gotten. Won’t be back.

I went to the restaurant to get 2 footloose. I got coupons in the mail only to see a sign indicating that paper coupons were not accepted at this location. If I wanted to use them I would have to get the app on my phone!!!! Why do you waste money sending out coupons if they are not going to be accepted in your stores?!!!!!! Needless to say, I went elsewhere because I also received coupons from BK,Popeyes, KFC, and Arby's in the same sales flyer.

Subway #21588-0 on 1411 W Gate City Blvd. in Greensboro NC is so blessed to have an employee named Tina. I've seen her for years and every time I go to Subway and she is there the bread, lettuce, and really everything is so fresh and clean. Tina is a great asset to Subway and it is a shame that Subway does not have more like her. Great work ethic. Pleasing, kind, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy.
Do not order delivery from here. They purposely stiff you on the meat. Pay extra for double meat and they’ll just make a normal…less than normal meat sandwich. Garbage.

The owner is very frugal and talk about shrinkflation they cut the veggies so thin you can see through them!! Most of the time when they make a sandwich it is trash and they actually count what they put on there. Also the owner is a huge cheapskate and doesn't offer military discount or student discount right next to a college!!. A very unpatriotic and unamerican subway!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Not to mention over charges!! Hey owner learn to give military discount and student discount you live in the USA.

This one is open 24/7. I work nights so I don't always want breakfast food. It's nice to be able to get a sandwich at 8am.
