This the worst subway in Greensboro never coming Again turkey was sour and I would have brought back but when I got it was on my way out of town had to throw it out of the window

The GM and night shift manager were so real, they remade my subs after having an incident with another employee. They made the subs better than I even expected and I really appreciate them being considerate even after the dispute. They went out of the way to make things right!

I visited this Subway West market location and had a disappointing experience. When I walked in, one employee was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me. Another employee was standing behind the counter, very close to the area where food is prepared, but wasn’t helping either. I even had to ask another customer how much a cookie cost because the staff were too distracted to answer. It seemed like their personal conversations were more important than serving customers. This location really needs better customer service and professionalism.

DONT BOTHER COMING HERE
Was charged for a 12 in sub instead of a salad resulting in a $4 upcharge. When i had my boyfriend go back for a refund he was blatantly ignored (he sent me a video literally hollering for help) after another worker came 10 minutes later they couldn’t even properly process my refund.

Do NOT eat here. This is a really bad subway, I didn’t think it could get this bad. I’m fr scared I’m going to get sick after attempting to eat only 1/4 of that garbage. I ordered pick up so I don’t know about the service. I had subway in Winston a few days prior and that was like it was an entirely different restaurant. Eat at your own risk.
The worker inside was very rude and had an nasty attitude and made me feel very unwelcome, I’ll never eat here again in my life the disrespect here is unfathomable, if I didn’t pre order my food I woulda changed my mind about eating from here

I've tried food like this before, I am the managers kid. I am only 9yrs old. The floors are not sticky, the food is the Bomb.com, and I love this subway! :3

Great Service and Perfectly Made Sandwiches
We had a great experience at Subway! The sandwiches were made to perfection, exactly how we asked. Everything was fresh, neatly assembled, and tasted great.
The staff was friendly, fast, and attentive, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. It’s always nice to see a team that takes pride in getting it right.
Definitely one of the best Subway visits we’ve had. We’ll be back!

They took 20 minutes to prepare my order. Rude manager who was rude to team. Was a weird environment to be in. It seemed to be that it’s every subway I go too, there’s always an awful vibe and a bad experience. Store wouldn’t refund me my food because they didn’t know how.

Went to this Subway on my way back home and I most the food was good reminded of subs from my home the lady that made my sandwich was nice and friendly as well next time I'm in town I will stop through
Closed store a hour and 15 mins early very unprofessional.. ask why and they said because they were busy earlier and tired.. horrible service
Bread was uncooked which was observed by many customers and staff complained about making the sandwiches over and calling customers weird for wanting quality food just highly unprofessional
