Most Subways do not accept the coupons that come in the mail. The one on Market Street does have a build your own menu they will accept coupons for. We got the coldcut sub. I did ask the guy to get more fresh lettuce because the bin had some brown lettuce in it. He just went to the cooler and got fresh, no question. We got 2 footlongs for $12.99. Pretty tasty.

They just need to shut this one down! Second time trying and the vegetables are never fresh..I would want cookies but their always burnt when I look in the display case..Not that the service is bad but the food looks freezer burned and messy

I got there right when my order was supposed to be ready but when I walked in the boy said he was about to make my sandwiches. They didn't have meatball so I asked for something else and he never asked what I wanted on it, just made it and this took him 20 minutes, with no other customers in the building. Got home to eat and they were all cold and SOGGY. Worst subway experience I've ever had.

Someone who had long dreads was on their phone when I walked in. I walked all the way to the cashier desk before I was acknowledged. It was 9:43pm and the person said they were closed. They close at 10pm. Drove 10 mins out of my way. Didn’t know their hours were posted incorrectly.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, don’t ever go to this subway there’s a very rude women that works there, I orders online and it shows me that it’s ready for pickup when I go to pick up she tells me we don’t have your order in our system there’s nothing I can do. Absolutely terrible.

I visited the subway and it's nasty and the manager Victoria was on a personal call cursing and hollering about another employee. I worked there also and the food is behind labels of freshness. The sanitation is on zero.

Let me say I am a Subway lover! I Placed an online order for the 6.99 footling special and was very disappointed with the meal. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches both had little to no meat inside. I mean very little. I called the establishment to let them know and was there was nothing they could do. I was told to contact management tomorrow. September 3 2024. Very disappointed. GREENSBORO STORE AT 5700 W. MARKET STREET.

Please do not go to this Subway. They have a lady there that is extremely rude. I made the mistake to place an online order to this Subway to take advantage of the new $6.99 footlong special. The lady there serving as cashier / sandwich maker said we don't have your order. I explained that I show confirmation on my phone. She refused to look at my device, saying it was not in her system. She then said call corporate. I stated I paid over $25 for sandwiches and how do I get my money back? She said it's not in my system so not my problem. I asked what is the number to corporate? She said I don't know. I filed a complaint online and was refunded my money. But what was upsetting was her horrible customer service. She treated me as if I was a second class citizen. She was rude and showed no empathy for the situation. She called her manager and tried to loud talk me over the phone. Very ghetto atmosphere. Plus it did appear unsanitary. The sandwich makers were mopping the floor and then returned to make sandwiches without washing their hands. They do wear gloves, but I would rather see them wash their hands. Either way I will never return to that Subway again. I recommend that others find another Subway franchise to get your food.

Terrible service! Came in @ 11am the guy was so rude. He said they didn't have buffalo chicken, so why they have it in the menu ? and then that the toster didn't work! Really?

1st and foremost I wasn’t greeted when I came in I had coupons in my hand immediately was told they don’t accept coupons. Not an apology or anything. They were breaking down and cleaning up. What if I wanted to just pay for my food? I wasn’t even given the chance. I’m a general manager food a fast food location. Their customer service was trash and unacceptable
