Another franchise that doesn't accept the coupons...its just so inconvenient

I’ve been to hundreds of subways all over North and South America and this was by far the worst treatment I have ever seen by Subway staff.
“We don’t honor any discounts or coupons that corporate advertises” was the first words out of the employees mouth. And then after purchasing 3 meals there was an argument about the ability to get a promotion cup for my girlfriend’s son despite the clear language on the sign behind them that it was an additional charge.
It was the most cringe, obstructive attitude I have ever seen at a subway- and me and my entire party agreed we would never return to this location.
The blonde kid was clearly trying to help, but the manager kept interjecting and highjacking the conversation with objections.
Subway corporate would shut this store down if it watched the video from 8:30/2025 around 8 pm.

15 dollars average for a sandwich at a fast food sub restraunt that only pays for one employee at a time per location...

I entered the restaurant at 11:30am on July 18th. Me and 2 employees were the only ones in the building. Both employees looked at me and said nothing, I spoke to both, still nothing. At this time a gentleman walked in. The male employee ask him if he was going to have a tuna melt. The gentleman then ask me if I had ordered yet. I said know. At this time I ask the employee if he could see me. NOTHING. The gentleman then ask the employee to take my order before him. I declined and left.
I was disappointed they did not take coupons.

I went to this Subway yesterday 11/4/24 I never seen this man before so I'm assuming he was new.. While he was cutting my sandwich to open it up his arm with hair on it was touching the bread. I told him I wanted another bread and I told him the reason why.. He had a whole attitude because I ask for another bread.. He didn't even throw it away he put it to the side.. ***Beware yall might get that bread** When he was at the register ringing me up I looked at his shirt and I usually look at everything. His shirt had so much hair on it.. It looked like it was cat/dog hair.. Ugh I won't be going back.. Appearance is everything to me when dealing with food.. Especially on the front line... Do better sir!!!!
I don't know who the young man was working behind the counter tonight (Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024), but he's an exceptional employee! I got in about 30 minutes before closing and he was cleaning up, but made my sandwich quickly and deliciously. Even engaged in conversation with me! I know fast food is simply fast food, but I will definitely be returning here if I need my sandwich fix.

Under new management and I’m not the biggest fan. It was a corporate store that had very nice customer service. Now they don’t take coupons. Not a fan of that style.

Other location had a line of 9 people, so I decided to run down here to this one. They only had 1 person in the store and then he let me know that the owner opted against excepting coupons. Locally owned and charging the same as other stores. Makes sense why they were not as busy I guess..
The employees are amazing but the management was the worst I have ever seen from any place ever, I was sitting down talking to my friend and I got kicked out while eating my food from the owner. place should be shut down and keep in mind this has happen twice do not EVER come here unless you want to get harassed by the

The sub ingredients were nice and fresh. I took my grandsons, 5 and 3. Trandon was so kind and patient with them as they ordered their sandwiches. Sometimes it is stressful to take tired, young ones to a restaurant, but the atmosphere was very relaxed.
