I've watched this location go downhill over the last few years. Today was the last straw. The employee making my sandwich had a runny nose and it dripped in the chicken he was going to use for my sandwich as he was carrying it to heat it up. I just dropped my jaw and left. He knew it happened. I have no idea if he put the meat back in its container or threw it out. Unbelievable.

The employees are amazing but the management was the worst I have ever seen from any place ever, I was sitting down talking to my friend and I got kicked out while eating my food from the owner. place should be shut down and keep in mind this has happen twice do not EVER come here unless you want to get harassed by the

These guys don't take coupons anymore, so be prepared to spend $12 a sub, plus like $5 more for a chip or cookie and a drink. It's almost cheaper to go to a sit down restaurant at this point! For what you're getting, try another location that will honor the coupons.

The sub ingredients were nice and fresh. I took my grandsons, 5 and 3. Trandon was so kind and patient with them as they ordered their sandwiches. Sometimes it is stressful to take tired, young ones to a restaurant, but the atmosphere was very relaxed.

Waited 35 minutes, to even be helped. We were the only ones in line. Just mobile orders. One employee working who looks lost and overwhelmed. Owner stated he does not care that his employees are struggling.

From the moment I walked in. Very slow. One other person in line behind me. Time-8:15PMThe two individuals they have working at this time are highly unprofessional. One could barley speak and got upset when you could not hear him, along with a overall awful attitude about him even the woman behind me noticing. The other employee was just as upset about something coming from the back. Rushing me on what I wanted on my 4 subs that I was purchasing. Skimped out on product and very disappointed in service overall. I will not be returning to this subway. I feel as if I was wrongfully charged $42 for what I received. I would be so embarrassed if this were my franchise and I had that working for me and representing my business. Hard to believe you’d hire people like that to handle food and be the face of your company.

I don't expect much from Subway, but they are ALWAYS out of something...and at least get the young ladies behind the counter to pretend to try to smile... and lose the bonnet. So unprofessional!!

The food was great but the employees aren't as friendly as other locations. When I say I placed a mobile order they act indifferent and just slide me my sandwich. Occasionally they don't even cut it or include napkins. Overall 6/10.

I come here once a week to this location this is the first time I’ve ever gotten the treatment and disrespectful customer service . I am extremely appalled and would not recommend anyone to visit while an employee named Grace is working. Very unprofessional as I walked in and was rushed to place my order without any one else in line. Then while she was making my food she burnt my bread I cancelled my order and asked for the corporate number and she told me to go find it . I am very upset about this as I come here every week .

Another Subway NOT ACCEPTING corporate coupons! Prices were better than other location, but forgot to cut footlong in half as well as include the napkins. Bread was doughy and tough.

Very unprofessional… the employee acted like I was an inconvenience to her from the second I walked in and then asked in a very rude manner if I was getting a sub?!? It’s literally SUBway.. No hey welcome to subway, how are you or anything.

Very unprofessional Subway I've been to compare to others whomeverManagement is you need to do better my experience just recent was awful my order wasnt right I was over charged for other people's sub and then look confused when I asked why my total more then it should've because young lady laid the sub down with my order and acted like she done nothing to cause the confusion with a nonchalant attitude which had the whole entire time i dont normally like dealing with a stressful environments I read the reviews before coming they weren't up to my expectations but I thought would step out my equation anway to come here and get some subs as I walked inside the energy was off Greet your customers correctly and listen to a person's order as they tell how they want they sub instead of standing there acting confused messing my order up when you literally charge me for for three when I had two when your employee came over to checkout and put someone sub with my order and walked away that was a no go for me want be coming back!!
