No tea, no dine in. But the warm-hearted stuffs more than made up for that

The food was otherwise good, just not exactly the way we ordered it. The BLT wasn't toasted, and it looked like it had pepper jack cheese on it not the shredded monterey jack cheese. And, the other small detail was the steak and cheese sub was toasted (which it wasn't supposed to be). But, otherwise everything was good. I will very likely be back.

The worst Subway I've ever been to. First time they were rude and messed up my sandwich, this recent time I put in an online order which they cancelled and as a result I'm out $20 and two weeks later I still have no refund and neither corporate or the store can give me a refund. Only the store manager can, but apparently he has *no* work schedule at the store. I'm never going to go to this location again and I think I'll question doing any business with Subway itself in the future after this. I can't afford to have my time and money wasted like this.

I went in the other day for the free turkey sub. The ladies that work here are so nice and accommodating. They were laughing and happy, even though they were not taking in any money. And my sandwich: Delicious. I will definitely choose this Subway over the one on Liberty Road, which wasn't even doing the free promotion and had not one customer in their store. I asked the guy why they were not giving away free sandwiches and he just shrugged. I choose to go to Alamance store because of great customer service and a great tasting sandwich.

I went here for the first time for the free sub last week because the one on Liberty Road was not participating in the give away. There were three, or maybe it was four, young ladies working that day. The were all so nice and laughing and joking with me. The sandwich they made me was the best sub I have ever had. The bread was delicious and very fresh. I will definitely come here the next time instead of the one right by my house.

The food was clearly from at least the day before. I went there for lunch and everything had ice on it, like it was sitting in the freezer all night. The spinach had what looked to be mold on it. The “lady” with the eye brow piercing was extremely ghetto and rude. She started making someone’s to go order after she saw me standing there waiting to order. I asked for one thing 3 times but she was too busy with someone else’s order (that wasn’t even there) to listen to me. Then when I said you forgot to put peppers on the sub, I was told “I don’t need to have an attitude” this was the worst customer service I have ever had at a subway - I left without getting my food. There moto is “eat fresh” this place was anything but that.I highly recommend to find a different subway!

I am writing regarding an unacceptable encounter that I had with Subway. At approximately 8:48 am on 5/10/2021, I went to the Subway on 1029 Alamance Church Rd in Greensboro NC with my two children. Our intentions were to purchase subs for their lunch. When we approach the door, the employee inside was already walking to the door shaking her head. When I went to open the door it was locked. She opened the door and stated that she was closed. As I looked at the hours on the door, it stated that this location was open at 8:00 am. She stated that she knew what the hours were but she was not open because she was "the only one there" and she had not "gotten everything set up". I asked did that mean that we could not even purchase a sandwich. The employee replied rudely, "No because nothing is ready". We were refused service 48 minutes after the store opening hour of operation. This is unacceptable as a business to not have it opened during the times displayed. There were no other signs on the door that would indicate that there were a change in hours. How can a business expect customers to patronize a store when the employees purposely deny service? This is ridiculous. I read other reviews from this same location and it seems as if this is an ongoing problem. I am not sure if management knows about this or not. I wanted someone to know in corporate that this store does not value its customers nor does it have employees that not capable of completing their job in a timely manner so that the store can be open during posted hours.

Store says to open at 8am according to Google! This is the 2nd day in a row I’ve arrived to this location and the store isn’t open at the posted time! Yesterday when i arrived employee was in her car smoking at 8am taking her precious time to open the establishment, I waited about 15 mins for her to get in and get open, still does not open so I left! Well today i decided to show up at 8:15 to avoid wasting my time again. This time the open sign and lights were on! As we approached the door again today she says she not open yet. I explained that Google say 8 and she responded “i know that, i have kids!” Which has nothing to do with me or subway opening on time! This place needs NEW EMPLOYEES. Trying to get my daughter lunch for school and now she’s officially late for school bad business

My husband has been inside for 22 minutes to get two sandwiches. The woman inside is apparently sending customers away...I’ve seen at least 5 people walk in then walk right back out.

Service was good.
