Whoever Ebony is needs to reevaluate her attitude. She doesn’t know how to speak to her customers let alone her co workers . I feel bad for the young man that had to work with her. New staff needed with better attitudes!

I was absolutely upset about this situation.. when we arrived to the store the employee was asleep with his arms in his shirt. We waited until he woke up (2-3mins) later. He later went to the back counter and said "Why didnt u wake me up? Im on camera". I guess he thought we were going to laugh about that??? He then proceeded to his job, grabbed our bread without gloves & burnt our bread.. while putting in the meat he nearly dropped the whole tray but caught it. He had no veggies prepared.. no cheese and barely had bread. A costumer also came after us and told him about the big puddle spilt on the floor in front of the entrance.. and said "Yeah its been their for a while" I wouldve hated for someone and sue the company because of an injury.

Walked to this subway Monday while on my break and had an absolutely horrible time. The food was great but the women behind the counter had the absolute worst attitude I’ve ever got from any food service employee. I work I. The food industry my self and understand when someone is having a long day. What I don’t understand is why that was being communicated to the customer. The young women with the box braids behind the counter definitely did not want to be there that day. From rudely asking what kind of bread and cheese( no other greeting then that btw) to literally slinging the meat , cheese and condiments on the sandwich to literally throwing change in the hands of customers without so much as a receipt or even a thank you for you business. I was really interested in getting the new Carmel apple cookies but decided not to order anything worse based on her attitude alone. Will not be coming back to this subway ever again.

Bad customer service.. girl making sandwiches isn't wearing a mask. I asked about the daily sub specials and she said there is no such thing and walked away. Bad customer service and not sanitary enough given the circumstances of life right now. Won't be coming back.

The ingredients were fresh. The servers were friendly. We ordered online and the order was mixed up. One was supposed to have wheat bread, jalapeño peppers and no cucumber. The other cheese and jalapeño bread, banana peppers, cucumber and no jalapeño inside. We got wheat bread with banana peppers, cucumber and cheese jalapeño bread with no cucumber and no banana peppers. Jalapeños were in the side so didn’t add to the problem.

Went in 5/27/20 for two subs and preparer was not wearing a mask. I will not be returning. ??Restaurants want business this is no way to keep it especially in these trying days.

Rubber in my food NEVER COMING BACK it’s sanitation is not acceptable when we told them they just said OK!!!!!! I would like a complete refund plus 25 cookies
