Placed a pick up order for an ultimate BMT and when I got home my lettuce was wilted like it was old and then it had a gnat on the meat plus it had a funny taste to it .. I will not be going back to this location, didn’t even get to eat fr had a bite and throw it away

Came in with coupon that said valid at all locations, I work right next door so we go there often for lunch. The lady was super rude, cut me off mid sentence and said she was not going to accept my coupon. Also acted very irritated that I was even there needing anything. Will not be going back.

I love subway sandwiches. But as long as they continue to do business like this (see picture) I will take my business elsewhere. I just don’t get it, a steak sub used to come with 2 of those cardboard boats placed down on the bread and spread out. Now it’s 1 scoop from a melon baller/ ice cream scoop sized scooper. I asked the employee about the pitiful amount of meat on the sandwich and she said that it’s just 1 scoop for a 12” and half for 6”, and that people often argue or even try and fight over proper portions. 16 bucks for a STEAK egg and cheese sandwich with no STEAK on it is insane and subway should be ashamed.

Thru door dash a sub is 20$ and 3 times now my order has come incorrect. I dont mind paying for good food, but I detest paying for incorrect, low quality & old food. Churros so hard you cant eat it. I love the Subway on 68 but its not close to me. I give up on Subway near me.

Talk about being disappointed I placed my order through door dash for footlong subs why I did three six inch subs. Then I called to speak with someone at the store they hung up I’m good this is the last time ordering from subway

I got here there at 8:20am when the door says they open at 8am.. and the door was locked.
I waited until 8:40am went back and the door was still locked. The 2 ladies looked right at me and still didn't open the door. I asked if they were open, and they just stared... They have to do better with being on time here.

We pulled up at this location at 8:15 pm and the doors were locked. This location is not set to close until 9pm, so I’m trying to understand why the doors were locked and there were TWO workers inside AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE THE “OPEN” sign was still on. The man that is seen in the blue sweatshirt visibly saw us when we pulled up and when we got out of the car, we knocked on the door and he COMPLETELY IGNORED US.All we wanted was two sandwich. I guess this is why they say jersey mikes is better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this establishment today and Roxanne was the woman that was working ( I had to ask Bonita what was her name bcuz Roxanne refused to give me her name) Roxanne says to me “what you getting!) I was looking at the menu didn’t see the Tuna could barely see menu left my glasses, so I asked her what was the price for a giant tuna. She then hand motioned to point to the menu, I then said I didn’t see the item that’s why I asked, she then proceeds to start getting loud talking Wreckless, I asked her why was she being loud and defensive and asked 3 times for her name which she refused to give me, Bonita came from the back told me the owner was pulling up and gave me the employees name ( Roxanne) who was still yelling talking loudly while I was trying to explain what happened. Roxanne said I can go somewhere else & that she wasn’t going anywhere bcuz she’s been working there 17 years! Well that may be her problem. I think she needs a new career I don’t know what’s happening with customer service at these establishments but it’s just out the window. To be continued….
