We pulled up at this location at 8:15 pm and the doors were locked. This location is not set to close until 9pm, so I’m trying to understand why the doors were locked and there were TWO workers inside AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE THE “OPEN” sign was still on. The man that is seen in the blue sweatshirt visibly saw us when we pulled up and when we got out of the car, we knocked on the door and he COMPLETELY IGNORED US.All we wanted was two sandwich. I guess this is why they say jersey mikes is better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this establishment today and Roxanne was the woman that was working ( I had to ask Bonita what was her name bcuz Roxanne refused to give me her name) Roxanne says to me “what you getting!) I was looking at the menu didn’t see the Tuna could barely see menu left my glasses, so I asked her what was the price for a giant tuna. She then hand motioned to point to the menu, I then said I didn’t see the item that’s why I asked, she then proceeds to start getting loud talking Wreckless, I asked her why was she being loud and defensive and asked 3 times for her name which she refused to give me, Bonita came from the back told me the owner was pulling up and gave me the employees name ( Roxanne) who was still yelling talking loudly while I was trying to explain what happened. Roxanne said I can go somewhere else & that she wasn’t going anywhere bcuz she’s been working there 17 years! Well that may be her problem. I think she needs a new career I don’t know what’s happening with customer service at these establishments but it’s just out the window. To be continued….

I tried calling to place an order, after 2 min of ringing the call was disconnected. No one ever picked up the phone to help me. This store is completely unprofessional. Don't eat here!

Hours for Sunday says closes at 7pm.We went there at 6:15 and the doors were locked. Also there was a sign on the door saying they don't accept coupons that are mailed out.

Benita is absolutely phenomenal. I stopped by this location on my route today, and was immediately welcomed by Benita as a I walked in the door.Not only that, Miss Benita is holding down the whole place solo, orders coming in which direction and Benita handles it like there were 5 people In here but all alone.I felt my day got a brighter despite the rainy conditions just because of my interaction with Benita. Funny thing is, while dining inside, quiet with Christmas music of course, 2 other customers randomly gave their thumbs up to the awesome customer experience.Plus today is Thursday, meaning 5.99$ BMT today! So not only did I get a delicious meal, I had a delightful organic conversation. I'll definitely be back!

this location will steal your money. If you place an online order they will cancel your order and keep your money. they don't post their correct hours they're never open the hours that are posted. absolute garbage franchise absolute garbage franchise owner. restaurant probably has rats and roaches inside too.
