Ordered footlong cheese steak sub for curbside. Got there 10 minutes before given pickup time. Tried to check-in but got message my delivery time had timed out. Went in to wait and it was already done and barely got! Even worse there was almost no steak on it. When I complained staff was rude. I go to this location all the time. But no more. Owner raised prices to have crappy service given by employees

Just did an order pick up and got home to find that the two sandwiches I ordered, all pro chicken teriyaki foot long and chicken and bacon ranch foot long I ordered…they gave me two chicken and bacon ranch and I found that out upon arriving home. I’ve had multiple problems at this location. And despite saying something, never had anyone reach out either.

I went to this location a little bit after lunch. It was a little bit of a wait but, that was ok. I'm not sure of the young man's name but, he was in the store by himself and he was doing a great job. I ordered my Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong and it tasted great. I will be back in the future.

What the fawk is this. I placed a mobile order tonight, usually I prefer to order in person and have never had issues with this store during the daytime but tonight I was in a rush so had to order online for pick up. First off, the night time customer service is trash; no one greets you when you walk in, and most of the time they are mean mugging the entire interaction and very dry. The girl who made my sub which was very easily and clearly ordered on the app, obviously doesn’t know the first thing about subs; my sub quite literally look like she bounced up and down on it, and the ingredients were not even correct despite us ordering it exactly how it comes lol….. If you come to this location ONLY go during dayshift & do NOT mobile order

I usually don't complain but today did it for me. I got me a meat ball marinera and it had a bone in it that broke off my tooth. I called and I was extremely polite the older African American 64 year old lady picked up and was very rude. I explained my situation and she argued with me telling she only sold one other meatball to a man which I'm guessing she was thinking it was my fiance only but I was next to him. Well she kept insisting that it wasn't possible and argued with and I told her she needed to calm down then she said for me to come down there cause she's been to jail before and she'll go back. Then she proceeded to say that she was 64 years old so I told her I was happy she was healthy ohh she also said that I probably already had a broken tooth so I laughed cause that's funny and she was like what's so funny and I was what you just said. Dude all I wanted was to talk to a manager and nothing more I didn't want money compensation nothing but now I think I should just get a lawyer cause yall broke my tooth and you're being rude about it

One of the sandwich 'artists' finished sweeping the floor, which was filthy, and immediately donned a pair of gloves and began making subs, no washing his hands at all. If I hadn't ordered on the app, I would have left. And it was still 10 minutes past the time it was to be ready. And they were not busy at all.

Terrible customer service from employees.. nobody seems to know how to make or gold a wrap in there….. manager is never around
