My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. I came in to get food me and my husband and I noticed that there were two kids running behind the counter a 3-year-old approximately and a 6 year old maybe seven they were touching the counter touching the papers behind where the stove was then I looked over towards the store and I noticed that there were blankets and pallets on the floor where the kids have been I guess at work all day long my thing is if you have to wear slip shoes shouldn't the kids be wearing slip shoes and the kids should not be running around behind the register this is the business the kids can be hurt the owner can be liable I'm trying to find a way where I can make a complaint kids hands or the nastiest and dirtiest by things that they touch they were touching everything on the counter and they weren't even trying to hide the kids I think this is very unprofessional someone needs to call the state in because that's not supposed to be happening in a place of business

This is probably the best Subway in Greensboro, hands down or up I should say! They are always courteous and Subway is the only place I order salads from because why not? It is a salad made your way and made to order. Lord knows I appreciate the Subway on Burlington Rd!!

The customer service here is very bad, completely rude when asked if they were ready to take my meal, questioned my order by saying "you didn't say that in the beginning" when I asked for my bacon during the meat section. Like why does it matter ? Just serve my food. Do it come here. All obese and rude, more attractive women and better service can be provided by anything other then this place.

Rude black man behind counter whispering underneath his breath, wouldn't service the man in front of me. Then the man confronts him and is belittled, the man left and the black man continued to belittle and talk trash. Being clearly racist while the two overweight women behind the counter were quick to defend him. The man just wanted a sandwich. Ridiculous customer service. Will never go back, have fun working at subway the rest of your miserable life pal.

My favorite sub place. Despite all recent publicity, tuna is still my favorite. It's what I get on every visit, which is usually once a week. Staff has been great no matter which location i have used.
