My husband and I came across Sushi Empire at The Station. We were hooked after the first try and ate at the food truck several more times. We ordered a sushi platter for a Christmas Party that my husband and I were having at our home. I dealt directly with Jesse who was very responsive from beginning to end in assisting us by giving us several options for pickup that would be convenient for us. We ordered the classic roll platter and were allowed to make a substitution. The sushi was delicious and a HUGE hit at our party! We would use them again for an event!

Starting with the positive - amazing sushi! IMO best in Greensboro. Would love for them to open a restaurant.
Now, hard to give 5 stars when the wait is consistently 1+ hour on top of a 15 min break on orders. Makes it hard to plan going somewhere when you're expecting to have dinner. Unfortunately until the service/process changes will have to avoid.
