This is our third time of ordering three items and only receiving two. No answer when we call. I don’t understand how this continues to happen with no response. Shame on us for giving them the benefit of the doubt. This is unacceptable. Very embarrassing and disappointing.

The kids love it! I chose the green apple flavor, but in my opinion, it is a little watery and too tart. I tried the flavors the kids picked, and they were much better, LOL! Overall, it's a good option for a quick sweet treat, especially with the heat wave we are experiencing.

I've been to sweet frog franchises before and this one did not meet expectations. First of all, the store was sweltering....temp on ac said 78. Second, the yogurt did not look normal coming out ..it looked like marshmallow fluff or something....not the usual appearance. Finally, I couldn't even finish the yogurt because it tasted WAY off...hard to pinpoint what exactly was wrong but it tasted almost warm (if that makes sense) and very bland. $24 dollars down the drain.

Over charge their customers! Most people miss it but the posted price is 69 cent per ounce but when you pay, the register charges each person 70 cent per ounce. When asked about it, the girl behind the register stated I just work here. The shift lead said her manger explained it her stating the 70 cent includes tax already. However, when you get your receipt tax is added in addition to the price. This method has been consistent for over years. (Which is why I stopped going in 2023). I went back hoping the issue would be corrected by now, but it’s not. So be aware of the false advertisement the company places on their customers.

I enjoy this place whenever I visit. You can mix and match... Or just keep it simple. I started w/ cake pieces + cheese cake frozen yogurt+ strawberry puree + whipped cream and a couple of fresh strawberries on top.... Simply amazing!!! I stop by every chance I get⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
