I haven’t had sweet frog in a little while, but I always liked it. Today they were having a couple technical difficulties which is understandable due to the hurricane. However, the worker that I dealt with didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and I asked for my yogurt to be turned into a milkshake. He smiled, shook his head and proceeded to pour my yogurt into the cup and blend it, no milk added. So when he handed it back to me it was barely halfway full and I asked if milk was to be added. And he said yes but they didn’t have any milk. Ok, that’s fine, but wouldn’t you think to let me know before you blend my yogurt for no reason, I could have just eaten it in the cup and possibly paid less. I didn’t have the time to argue so I just took my yogurt and left.
*in my picture I drank a little bit of it but you can see where the line was originally*

We used to go to the Sweet Frog in Asheboro all the time, but it closed down during the pandemic. So imagine our surprise when we came across this location in Greensboro. We were so excited to finally have some Sweet Frog froyo after years of not seeing one. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. Upon first impression, the place was not very well-kempt. The windows were covered in sticky handprints and old splatters. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, at the very least. I bit my tongue and proceeded in because we were excited. There were several guests sitting at the tables in there, so I thought it would be great. The place just got worse. It looked like nothing had been cleaned or stocked since they had opened that day. The chocolate froyo was out, which I chalked up to it being a busy day. The toppings were a mess, but again, there were quite a few guests, so I thought maybe it was just after a rush. I figured the two workers would surley begin cleaning and restocking since there was no one serving themselves after us, but instead, we sat and ate our froyo and watched them stand around talking near the register about their schedules and other employees. We were not greeted when we entered. We were not thanked when we paid (and tipped), and they did not say a peep to us as we left. I would have overlooked the unsatisfactory service had the place been in good shape, but almost everything about this experience was rough. At least we were able to get some tasty froyo out of it. I have worked at an ice cream shop and in restaurants. It is extremely important to not only have a clean and stocked store as well as a welcoming staff that has integrity in the business. These employees basically said a big f-you to their employer and the owner by not taking any pride in their work or their work environment. We probably won't return to this location.
Kid-friendliness: The place is definitely geared towards serving families. It is colorful and fun. Lots of tasty sweet treats and topping options.

I am absolutely in love with the frozen yogurt at this place! They offer such a wide range of flavors to pick from, and the toppings are always fresh. Everything is self serve. I'd definitely suggest this spot for anyone with a sweet tooth.

I knew you were already Christian lmfao but y'all lost the whole entire plot with how much you're charging for your mediocre frozen yogurt.... Like incredibly lost the plot. I just got a text and it says 6$ for a SMALL CUP!!!! AND THAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A DEAL. That's hilarious ??.

Frozen yogurt is really good, but the restaurant floor has been sticky no paper towels in either bathrooms
for two weeks after two different visits.

This is an interesting establishment. Imagine picking your own yogurt and being able to put whatever toppings you want on it. They charge .69 per pound. Now, when you look at this, you think cheap, right? Wrong! My daughter and I spent 22 dollars for a medium-sized cup. I jumped right out of there and won't be back. I am still trying to figure out what else they charged me for. Their prices are like the movies without seeing one.
