been getting food to go from here since the early 2000s... but havent ordered from here in at least a year or two. But tonight I got the best eggroll I have ever had in my whole life it was so crispy the noise from chomping on it woke the dead. It was like they fried that eggroll for President Xi Jinping himself. Hot and Sour soup was actually hot and sour, filled with veggies and tofu. Delicious. I've been trying other Chinese take out spots all over guilford county the last few years, and honestly, this place blows all of them out of the water (at least for the menu items I enjoy most) in price and quality.

We ordered at the restaurant. The prices were reasonable, the service was friendly and fast, and the food was good.

The food is not good quality. I got the crab stick and it doesn’t even taste like crab. It taste like mushy meat, but the service was amazing. They were very kind. It’s just the food is not that good

I have ordered here for years and that's why I'm going to give 5 stars. But I literally hate they people that take my order for this restaurant. They are completely ignorant. Uggggghhhhhh

Have been ordering from here for years, never had an issue. We usually pick up, so that was our mistake I guess. First off, they use a call center for orders. So when you call, you’re not actually speaking to anyone at the restaurant. Ordered dumplings and 2 combos for delivery tonight online.. seems simple enough, right? After we got our food we realized that 1 of the combos was wrong. Immediately called.. the call center answers and said “let me get my manager” then I got hung up on. So I called again, different person answers, same thing .. I thought getting a manager would mean I’d be getting transferred to the restaurant. I did not, I got a man on the phone who told me that my order was a pick up.. and then I had to confirm what city I got delivered to .. they wouldn’t just refund me the money- they “don’t do partial refunds”. I hung up and called again and got two woman shouting “hello” to eachother instead of me .. I guess the call center and the restaurant picked up at the same time. They recognized my phone number and knew about the issue already, I told them please don’t bring a corrected meal as we don’t want to wait another hour for delivery, the woman on the phone THANKS ME for this. As if I’m doing her a favor by having them not come back out. She admits that she hit the wrong button, after I had to say about 3 different times what the issue was. Again, no refund offered.. I got thanked for not having to inconvience them, even though we were inconvenienced by having the wrong food. We’ll be finding a new place for Chinese from now on ..

09/19/24 Ordered dinner for delivery. Restaurant got the order wrong and refuses to replace or refund the order. When you try to call them and sort it out, you're the one in the wrong. It's a shame that you still get shafted out of your money in 2024 by a business.

Food was good af and they have a lot of combo deals that are very reasonably priced. I got the 3 pc wing wit sesame chicken fried rice and an egg roll combo for $10.95. Bust down.

GREAT ESTABLISHMENT, THE FOOD IZ AMAZING. I ALWAYS GET MY CHICKEN VERY EXTRA CRISPY AND THEY NEVER LET ME DOWN,THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS SMILING AND GREAT ENERGY. THE CHINESE RESTAURANT IN GREENSBORO.

Never again in life will I ever spend a dollar in this place. Thought to try something different & decided to try this restaurant. Ordering the food was fine & the cashier was polite. When I got home with the poo poo platter everything in it was burnt outside of the egg rolls. I called the location immediately & they hung up on me twice then said they transferring me to the manager. This was the most sarcastic rascal in customer service. He first told me I didn’t even order anything, then read a completely different order to say I didn’t order a poo pop platter. Eventually he found it but debated me about my meal even though he claims he didn’t cook it. After being called a liar a few times I just told him we even & I just won’t use their services for food. First & last. Cheers to burnt food ?
