I tried this place two times. First time, I got a salmon bowl and boneless chicken. The breading of the chicken was not good quality, quite soggy, but the salmon was fine. Did not really like it, but I figured to give a second chance.. unfortunately I cannot give anymore chances. I got hibachi rice with tofu, and the quality again was low. I don't want to accuse that it wasn't fresh but noticeably, you could tell something was wrong with the rice and the tofu, especially in smell, taste, and texture. I tried to stomach through it but I just couldn't anymore, in fact it had left me feeling sick afterwards. I appreciate there is a good portion given, but I wish the food quality could make up for it. I would hate for anyone else to get sick too.

The bendo Box is worth the price! Got that today and it came with chicken, rice, vegetables, kimchi, two spring rolls, and three gyoza. I really liked the gyoza especially since it's chicken. Now the vegetables were okay, the broccoli wasn't completely cooked but some people like that. The spring rolls were good and crunchy. But, my biggest problem was the boba pearls. I'm sorry, but the pearls were not good. Wayy too mushy, but the milk tea itself was pretty average and I'm not upset about that. I would suggest not getting boba pearls 💀
I definitely recommend the chicken gyoza though 6 for 6$, not bad.

Idk if today was joke day or what, but imagine ordering a teriyaki Tofu noodle bowl and being served 4 slabs of tofu. Unchopped & uncooked, so it covers the rest of the contents in the bowl. Then, when you lift the tofu aside , you have 3 pieces of broccoli & 3 carrots. Maybe it was just jokes on the customer day -- but this was horrible. I had to come home and cook the Tofu myself. My food was ready in 5 minutes. Undone & very untasty. The tofu not being chopped was honestly lazy. How could i have eaten that with chop sticks?

Hidden gem in Greensboro if you’re looking for authentic Chinese/Taiwanese flavors. Taiwanese popcorn/crispy chicken was on point and the guabao was delicious. Many of the menu items reminded me of Taiwanese night market favorites. Instead of being just another run of the mills Asian establishments, I can see the owner spent the effort to bring out their roots using fresh ingredients. Great place to hangout with thoughtful outlets strategically placed at every booth. Will visit again!
Fried rice and crispy chicken was authentic. Excellent bubble tea and slushy, my favorite is Mango and Lychee Slushy, so refreshing! The restaurant is clean and spacious with electric plugs for phones and laptops! Good place to hang out after class!!!

You don’t expect an Asian place on the UNCG campus. Happy Bowl is right there like an oasis in a desert for those who crave for a drop of soy sauce.
Bubble tea is easily missed on the menu. This place could have been its own bubble tea place. There are many flavors to choose and combine, and I find my new favorite yogurt peach special. I hope you find your own special.

got a rice bowl with kara chicken (fried + breaded chicken) they gave me popcorn chicken, I hate that I paid $10 for some Tyson popcorn chicken that I've had in my school lunch smh

The few times I have ordered takeout honestly felt like they came from a different place. The meals then were nothing to write home about. Today, eating in the restaurant was quite nice. The food was very tasty and the staff were super helpful. I guess I will just eat in next time :-)
