I recently visited the Taco Bell located at 500 W Summit Ave in Charlotte, NC, and had a positive experience. The food was prepared well and met my expectations. Additionally, the service was efficient, and I encountered no issues during my visit.

I would give this restaurant no stars if I could. I ordered my food off-line through DoorDash. I got a burrito with light rice and they put no meat in it not only did my burrito not have rice, but the meat in our tacos tasted like it cooked in plastic.! I tried to call the restaurant four times and no one EVER Answered the phone. This place is so damn raggedy. I will never order from this location ever again. You have been warned.

This is absolutely the WORST TACO BELL OF ALL GREENSBORO NORTH CAROLINA!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO WASTE THEIR TIME OR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Last time i came here they made us go inside to pick up our order and STILL have over 5 items missing from the original order. I'm not even going to waste my time getting my money back but I am going to do my best to warn other potential customers from wasting their HARD EARNED MONEY buying stuff from this place and getting some half assed tacos and burritos just because they hire unprofessional people to work here. The stuff I did receive tasted so bad I hate to THROW IT IN THE TRASH. SPENT over $60 for some trash ass food. DO NOT COME HERE ITS LITERALLY BEEN YEARS OF THE SAME ISSUES. Save your money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'm not even going to bother asking for a refund because this place is literal trash. The only name i got who was working that night was ANTHONY and he messed everything up. Idk if it was him or the other employees but it was such a waste of money and TIME I waited over 20 mins for my food and didn't even receive everything and the stuff I did get was TRASH. I have a realistic expectation for the level of quality I receive from any Taco Bell, but this location immensely disappoints. My taco bell app orders from this store and it has been wrong every. single. time. I either get the wrong items, don't get them at all, or if I do they are incorrect and poorly made. The other night my quesadilla was cold and hadn't ever been heated enough to even melt the cheese because it was still in strings, cold, and fell apart. I order a spicy potato taco every time and have not once received one. I have never been refunded or credited for my missing and wrong items. I am by no means picky, but I'm just done giving this place chance after chance to get it right.

Don't get me wrong, the staff was wonderful, the food was good. But the homeless people are a nuisance. Walked into the women's restroom to find a homeless lady doing drugs in the open. Didn't even have the door locked. I had my teenage niece with me. Such a disappointment in the community. Won't be returning to this location.

So I went against all the negative comments and placed an order online because it's closest to my house in the country. Food was still warm and good after driving 15 minutes home. The drive-thru girl was very nice and had the food ready with a smile. Pleasantly surprised.
