Pretty good experience for Taco Bell

This is hands down the absolute WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to in my entire life. They got my order wrong TWICE. AND that is after they had me wait nearly 30 minutes for the “corrected” order and they STILL got it wrong. The food we did get was cold and nasty and barely ANY meat. They are literally the most incompetent employees I’ve ever seen. It actually blows my mind.

Went through the drive-thru at 4:15 and the young lady by the name of Ashley m took my order then Omarion (omari or something close) butted in with a VERY sassy tone and rushed the rest of my request. He let me know that Ashley couldn't fill my request because HE was the one fixing my food 🙄. I played along to avoid getting upset but once I got my food, left and started to eat I realized the order was correct and actually hot however the one request I asked to the sweet young lady before being interrupted by omart was completely ignored. I went back unaware of the sas battle I was going into, and luckily there was only one guest in the lobby but Omar and I had a back and forth situation as if I was a friend and not a paying customer 😒🤌🏾. Thankfully another lady (who said she doesn't even belong to that location) stepped in and made my order and apologized for Oscars behavior! This was not my first encounter with oblock but hopefully it will be the last especially seeing how many complaints are here due to him in this review section. He's spicier than the fire sauce I asked for (even though he gave me a balled up handful of mild) 🤬

Those guys take your whole time! You can spend over 30-45 minutes waiting for food you ordered ahead of time before getting there.

Very rude staff and we asked for extras we never got and when we asked for them she totally ignores us. And when my daughter said excuse me to get their attention since they were all in the back talking the one girl mocked her and totally ignores her. I will be calling corporate on Monday as it's a Saturday night.

A late night snack is what we wanted so bad yet it was a late night disappointment. Start to order and quickly fully loaded with straight rudeness a voice says No grill items, No food , we can do drinks that's it. You could literally hear the head bopping, finger snapping in her voice. It was apparently a bad day for that employee, but still haven't figured out how they weren't serving food!? Management I think needs to do some looking into what's going on.

80% of my order was missing, the one of two items the decided to not forgot had onions on it (it doesn’t come with onions in the first place)… i am allergic to onions… an epi pen was used. no phone call was picked up. trust me if u are hungry you can find something else to eat. would add photos but there wasn’t anything to take a pic of. just save yourself and go somewhere else.

Worst Taco Bell in Greensboro. I’ve been at different times of the day and they are only doing mobile orders(even at 1pm on a Friday). In July of this year they “forgot” to give me my debit card back and I had to turn around and get it back. Last year at some point they were handing out fake cash from their change drawer. If we could give 0 stars I would. Sad because this used to be a really good Taco Bell a few years back.

I never like leaving bad revieiws but I have to for the most stupid and anxiety inducing experience. Worst taco bell in the history of Greensboro taco bells. I ordered via the mobile app and waited in a blocked in drive through (the curbs prevent you from leaving once you have someone in front of you and behind you) for over an hour. The employee working the drive through didn't have enough common sense to have the 1 person waiting at the window to park a little further ahead incase any of the 5 cars stuck and blocked in behind them wanted to drive away from this long wait for reheated food and get something else. Requested a refund on the app since I never got my food.
