The drive thru people were awful, I got there one time and they told me they were understaffed with 4 workers in the building so I had to come inside, next time I went at 11:30 and they did not take my order until 11:45, I asked multiple times because I was in a hurry to get home if they could just take my order, they were beyond rude telling me “just wait just wait, just a moment,” sorry but 15 minutes is no moment, I ordered my 3 chalupas and get to the window for the lady to try to have a 5 minute conversation with me about how I have no idea how fast food works… I was shift lead at five guys for 3 years I think I could figure out a Taco Bell, and the orders they claimed they were so backed up on… were only 2 orders! I get home look at the food and something was immediately wrong, I smell it and it burns my nostrils so bad I got a headache, if your so unhappy at your little Taco Bell job, no one cares it’s Taco Bell. Do your job or go home, don’t make people wait 15 minutes at a drive through.

People that go through this drive through have no idea how dirty and disgusting it is inside! I stopped here on my way home from Walmart and went inside to order. I walked in and was going to pay with cash. There were two great big women sweaty and dirty that said they were too busy to take my order at the cash register and said I had to use the kiosk. Well, the kiosk was sooo filthy dirty that I asked it to be cleaned before I touch it. The reply was were too busy and once again they were both dripping sweat🤮🤮🤮🤮please don’t eat here unless you want sweat and filth in your food🤮🤮🤮🤮

Nice service but them cooks do a horrible job I ask for everything fresh my chicken burrito was hard and old and the food always taste old wen I come so I will be taking my service else where

i go to taco bell once if not twice a week, this one specifically. tonight they gave the smallest burrito ive ever seen and it was COLD and my nacho fries were half empty and also cold. im not happy at all

The service is horrible the food is not properly cooked the workers that work nights have nasty attitudes especially the one that’s wears the camo durag the manager with the blue dye in her hair talks to customers so nasty I seen her come from the bathroom straight back into the kitchen I would never ever in my life eat here again
