No complaints for taco bell food however it is strikingly obvious that the employees don't want to be there and are exhausted with their job and in my opinion I'm not sure if their being treated too well, I don't expect 5 star constant smiles and overjoyed employees however I was a bit thrown when my food was almost shoved in my hand then nothing else said for the most part especially when I was the only one in the line for a good while

Used the mobile app and waited about 40 minutes and then told them to cancel after the manager basically said we only fill drive through orders. They are timed and you have to wait. I watched about 20 cars get there orders within minutes. They have lost my business. They should shut down the app and dining room and only offer drive through. Disappointing!

Got off of my job to order some taco bell, when i pulled around with my order from the mobile app, i was told that they were out of baja blast, when i got my food they gave me a medium drink instead of a large, and the worst part... my burrito looked like it had been beaten to a pulp before horribly wrapped and flung into the bag. never going here again. you will rue this day.

If i could give me a 0 star i would,,, the woman at the window said what did you order mind you they only have one window... Half of my order was missing when told the woman she said well what are you missing i told her, when i was driving off i realized my whole order was wrong, mind you again i told her what i ordered and they still got it all wrong.. i will not be back at that taco bell again

9 outta 10 times my order is missing food. I'm definitely done with this taco bell. Went in to get order corrected, manager and staff lounging in the dining area talking loudly about completely inappropriate subjects. It's tragic that so many places have lowered their standards to allow this to become common.

I've been to the drive-thru mobile order between 11:00 pm and 2:00 p.m. and almost every single time I get home my order is incorrect or missing items.

I'm not one to leave a bad review but this is like the 7th time it's happened. I've talked with customer service as well as the staff and most of the time the staff on site could care less. Don't even try to refund your order or make anything better.

If you have no choice but to eat at this location. Be sure you check your food twice before you leave.

This location, along with most in Greensboro if I’m being honest, acts as if they work for free. Terrible customer service. Half the time I attempt to order I can’t because of one excuse or another. Taco Bell’s prices are getting too high for how poor their service & quality has become
