Just had the BEST experience at this location! All of the food was right AND they were throwing it down with a great attitude. I don’t think I’ve ever been through a drive through and ACTUALLY felt better about myself on the other side. But this time. This time was pure awesomeness!

Servers were friendly, food was average, cooked well. I had no issues.
Whoever was working the drive thru at 8pm on 8/27/2025 set my personal record for worst drive thru experience ever. Out of 6 items one was correct. Aside from terrible order taking skills. She had an attitude because we made sure all food items were the bag before we drove off. If I go back and she’s working I’ll open each individual item and make sure they are correct first.

We came thru the drive thru on 7/3 around 10:55-11:00 and the lady taking orders was so rude at the window. Just nasty attitude just disgusting!! Would never have someone working for my establishment that doesn’t have more professionalism than that. She never greeted us over the speak and we pulled to the windows she just said the amount. Order wasn’t correct! If your going to be nasty at least be accurate! never again!

I ordered delivery. I ordered extra beef on 2 gorditas, no sour cream, add Chipotle sauce. I also ordered extra beef on a crunchy taco. I paid extra for that. There was no extra beef, actually it was almost impossible to see it or taste it. My gorditas were oozing sour cream, and no Chipotle sauce. This is the second time from 2 different locations. I'm done!

I love Taco Bell but I can’t stand coming here. I understand some people have a bad day but don’t take it out on other people. Customers service is so rude. I had asked for mild sauce and was given hot sauce and the girl in the window had rudely rolled her eyes at me. I didn’t wanna say anything because once again I understand people have they days. So I went inside to get some mild sauce she proceeded to give me 3 mild sauce saying that she gave me mild sauce at the window. It’s like everything I come here someone at the window has a rude attitude.
