This location provides the worst experience for food pickup. It’s negatively impacting the brand’s reputation. Today, I ordered food for pickup and found frozen chicken in both of my wraps.

Came in, only person in the store. Placed my order through the kiosk. Waited over 20 mins, and watched while two other orders that came inside AFTER me get served. I could hear the workers asking each other who had made my order. They then asked me was that my order, to which i annoyed by this point, said yes. And all they did was laugh . When the food was finally made (not even sure if it has been made to our order yet), the guy tried to make the excuse that they prioritize the drive through to which i pointed out, two other people came inside after i had already been waiting at that point and we were skipped. His only words were we are sorry.

SLOWWWWW. Don’t bother with the mobile app. I waited 30+ minutes after I arrived. Meanwhile, the staff were actively discussing their drive thru stats and how they were in 2nd place for the area.

This was our 2nd time at this location and the food is just horrible. First time they forgot half our order, this time the food was disgusting. Half the food was cold, we ordered 3 taco supreme and there was nothing supreme about it it was just a regular soft taco. Mind you they were not busy at all, I pulled up and they were standing at the front talking. Will not being going to this location EVER again.

Placed order to the wrong location. The system took my money no way to cancel called to the store they first weren’t listening and gave me DoorDash instructions ( I ordered in the app) the app customer service sucks, then the store gave me a 24/7 automated number that works allegedly, however it’s only open 8-4 pst time.

This location is terrible. Make sure you check your order every single time. If you door dash something good luck to you. If I order multiple boxes on the app they just throw everything in one bag. I've had the wrong items or items missing more than I can count. I go out of my way now to avoid this spot.
