9-5-25 4pm Bathrooms nasty. Employee eating drinking on food prep line. Though posted Sanitation score was 97%. Trash cans in kitchen full with trash on floor so I'd not trust the Grade given. I left went elsewhere. I should have taken pic's but I never think of that at the time I decide to walk out. DO BETTER IF YOU WANT MY MONEY! Or we can not come back EVER like Cracker Barrel.

I got home with my food and I got the worst bowl possible. Ordered the chicken cantina bowl. There wasn't a single piece of chicken in the bowl. What a disappointing way to serve your customers. Shame on you!!!!

10 out of 10 I showed them how we do at the Nashville Way they should make a meal called the Nashville and it’s just two 5 layer burritos grilled …if you’re gonna put a side?? (I don’t think it needs a side) it should have something crunchy but not sweet.. like maybe a side of pickles? I have included a photo of all you need to know they did a perfect job.

The girl taking our order was nice. The store itself was a mess, a lot of food and debris on the floor. The restroom had the heat blowing for some reason in the summer. The food was good tho.

I'll say my experience today was kinda mediocre. The mango peach refresca (almost $4 by itself for a medium) tasted like perfumed feet 🫤. I also had $7 box w/ a steak 5 layer burrito & a large Baja freeze (she gave me a regular cup 😐). I appreciate the amount of meat, but I would've liked to taste the other ingredients that's in that burrito.

Young lady at the drive thru was friendly and I felt like she cared about getting my order correctly since it was special made pizza,,it was correct and it was made quickly, she even asked me to check to make sure it was right,,THANK U SO MUCH!!

The young lady was extremely unprofessional that made our supper. She basically told us that we had taken a product out of the bag when we didn’t move from the counter. We were speaking to a manager about an item we ordered on the kiosk that wasn’t available. I was figuring out what I was gonna substitute it with . She threw her hands up looking directly at me like I was in the wrong then too. Then she rummaged through our bag of food that wasn’t complete a second time only to have to go make the item SHE MISSED all along. I could say so much more but my appetite is gone and I won’t be back if she is still there.
We have always loved this Taco Bell. This is the ONLY bad time we have ever had here.
Had to wait like 30 minutes to get 12 tocos 😡😡😡😡 don’t come here

I ordered the 10 PC nuggets combo, and it comes with 10 PC nuggets, 2 choices of your sauce for your nuggets, seasoned fries with cheese dip & a drink for $9.60. It was really good. I will get this next time!
The chicken burrito by itself was good and tender. I also had a crunchy taco that was in the box and it was good as well and freshly made not sitting and soggy falling apart. The service was excellent no complaints there. However, let's get to the chips in the box...it was just TOO much salt...blood pressure elevated salty! I rub one chips and all that salt surface up...is that chip related to the red sea? I understand 'fast food' but not 'salt in the box'

This taco bell is by far the absolute worst I've been to in an extremely long time. Believe me when I tell you I know almost all the taco bells in Greensboro and can rate each one, this particular day and Taco Bell staff must've been on a really off day becuz they were horrible. I ordered what I always order, at every single Taco Bell with every single online order ever made by me, which included a loaded nachos for 2.99 but mine is always almost $4 after adding more cheese .. once I opened my nachos, feeling it felt like several pounds of food was missing- there was ¼ of the usual amount, at best!! When I asked the counter about, they acted like they were usually giving ME too much!?? Huh? I have never had to go thru such a thing as this but the not so friendly lady at the counter said her manager told them to cut the usual amount they've been giving, in half. Wait, what?!? Is that even ok?? I won't ever go back. I got my little 3.60 back and I won't return to that taco bell, on Alamance Church Rd, ever.
