The Taco Bell located at 2239 Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I placed my order to the time I got home and saw the disaster they handed me, this visit was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

First, the woman taking my order was extremely rude and impatient. Before even beginning my order, I made it clear that I had a large order—ordering for four people is not the same as ordering for one. Despite this, she continuously rushed me, sighing loudly and breathing heavily as if taking my order was a burden. She even had the nerve to interrupt me repeatedly, making the process more stressful than it needed to be.

When I pulled up to the window, I realized the sweet tea I ordered was undrinkable—it was nothing more than sugar water with no tea flavor whatsoever. When I politely informed her of the issue, she cursed at me, then slammed the window when I asked if I could get the actual tea I ordered. That level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.

At that point, I asked for her name, and rather than addressing the issue professionally, she hid her name tag under her coat, further proving she was aware of her behavior and didn’t want to be held accountable. Despite all this, I remained completely respectful, even though she clearly had zero regard for customer service.

To make matters worse, when I finally got home and unpacked my order, I discovered that most of my food was burnt beyond recognition. Yes, I understand that the item is called Cantina Crispy Tacos, but there is a fine line between “crispy” and completely burnt to a crisp. What I received was the latter, making the food completely inedible. (See attached pictures.)

This visit was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The rude and unprofessional service, the poor food quality, and the lack of basic respect for customers make this one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. I will be reaching out to the store directly, though I doubt this review will get any attention or action from management. If this location wants to keep customers, they seriously need to retrain their employees on proper customer service and quality control.

I was here about 20 minutes ago (9:40pm 10/23), I came through the drive thru, at the window I had asked if I could add a baja blast(I understand that's a little annoying, I just forgot to ask at the speaker)to which I was told no they can't add at window, which is no problem I totally understand! I had my boyfriend go in to grab me one, he stood at the counter for 2 minutes until the same person came up. He asked if he could just get a small baja blast and they just point to the self service screen so he goes and orders over there, after he orders the workers computer starts beeping telling them that he had placed his order and they stand there for about 3-4 minutes just on their phone ignoring it. Eventually they angerly hand him the cup, he fills it up and leaves. It's no big deal if they couldn't add it at window and couldn't if they couldn't place orders at the counter at this time, we're service workers and completely understanding of those kinds of things but we where nothing but nice to this person and where just met with blatant disrespect. I'm not sure the person's name but they where tall in a light brownish wig. (Id like to note that it was not busy and that there was no line, they weren't doing anything besides playing on their phone)

The worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. They messed up my order and then rudely sat and argued with me for 5 minutes before fixing it. Everyone that works here needs to be fired immediately. They messed up my order every single time, they’re rude, racist, and know nothing of customer service.

The food is as expected from any Taco Bell. The people were very nice and engaging. The place was a little dirty. The men’s room smelled really bad.
