This taco bell was nasty! Floor had food and drinks spilled all over and, as far as I could see, there weren't any tables without food goo on them. It took a while for anyone to get up to wait on me and patrons who came in after me and they acted like they were put out to get up even after literally seeing me waiting. I should have walked out, and would have if I'd seen how bad the dining area was.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Taco Bell location on Summit Ave in Greensboro, NC at 8:00pm.
Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing visit I have ever encountered at any Taco Bell. The staff initially refused to remake my order, despite the fact that the issues were not due to any error on my part. When they eventually agreed to remake my meal, it did not reflect my original order. I had requested an extra Nacho Taco, which was missing from the bag(or box I should say) substituted steak for chicken but still received chicken, and I ended up with a Mountain Dew instead of the strawberry lemonade I ordered.
I am quite upset and frustrated, as I had hoped for a quick meal late in the evening. Additionally, the lack of 24-hour customer service leaves me without recourse for resolution tonight.
I am disappointed with the level of service provided at this location and hope that improvements can be made to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Check your food, about 40% of the time they'll get something wrong. And you won't get a receipt unless you ask for it. REALLY annoying to get takeout and discover after you get home that it's wrong. Edit 3 years later: no change! Order wrong and missing items although the receipt was correct. We try to check everything before driving away now, but short of opening the burritos and taking a bite, there's no way to check before taking it home. Guys, c'mon.

I ordered from here via door dash this evening. Usually when I order Taco Bell, I have low standards, I go in expecting it to be cheap food and nothing else. However this may have been the best Taco Bell food I have ever had. It was still hot and crispy when it arrived. As opposed to room temperature and soggy. The chicken in my Quesadilla and Burrito seemed like it was cooked fresh which usually it seems frozen or canned. I hope other have experiences like this because the quality made it feel like it wasn’t fast food for the first time ever.

I've never left a fast food review but this particular taco bell is always a pleasure to visit. They are very nice, patient and the food is always correct. I appreciate this, I only get fast food for an occasional treat and this place doesn't make me regret it. Lol.
