Normally this location is average in food quality, service, and atmosphere, but recently I have had some major issues with the service. I always order the same thing, cheesy bean and rice burritos with lots of diablo sauce. The last couple of times I was not given any sauce. I shouldn’t have to check my bag every time to make sure my order has everything that I ordered. It’s so frustrating to get home and not have all of my stuff!!
Update, not only did I not get any Diablo sauce this time my burritos are the thinnest under filled things I have ever gotten.

Went today after work looking forward to get home to a a chicken quesadilla, just to get home to a charred chicken quesadilla very disappointing I don't know who can see this and think it's okay to hand that out to someone like who's willing to eat that? If you are go find yourself another job! Absolutely not OK to do this.

This Taco Bell noticeably outperforms other locations on 68 and Gate City. They were attentive, friendly, super fast, communicative, the food was wrapped perfectly, composed perfectly, and tasted great. They also brought my food to me. Blew my mind.

I wanted to share my experience with your staff last night after midnight, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. My husband and I placed an order through the app for drive-thru pickup. However, the staff were incredibly rude, impatient, and dismissive when we were checking our order. They repeatedly insisted that everything was in the bag and rushed us along, despite our attempts to verify.
To make matters worse, when we realized an item was missing, we had to drive back around. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the cook loudly insisted that the item had been included—despite it clearly not being there. The entire experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable.
We paid for our food and expected decent service, not to be treated with hostility and disrespect. This experience has left such a bad impression that we won’t be returning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent future customers from facing the same treatment. ALL good was soggy and cold as ice.

The tacos were the best presented I've ever had at Taco Bell, closely resembling their commercial depictions. Please maintain this high level of quality and consider sharing best practices with the Taco Bell in Asheboro.

This is my husband and my favorite Taco Hell!!! We do mobile ordering, and so far (🤞) EVERY single person who has handled our very extensive order 🙄 (lol, NO nacho cheese sauce on ANY THING and instead I need shredded cheese, please and grill the burrito, thanks!)😂they've ALL been AMAZING to us! And YES, of course we order at 2:45am EVERY time and they're also kind to us. Even when we are waiting in our vehicle out front, w/ my stereo loud af and bass vibrating their windows🥱they're don't treat us like the hoodlums we try to be! Thanks West Market Taco Bell Crew- WE DRIVE ACROSS TOWN JUST TO VISIT Y'ALL!! 😘
Vegetarian options: Taco Bell has the BEST selection for vegetarians in ALL the good food fast places , other than subway obviously. Potato soft taco is yumm
