I wanted to share my experience with your staff last night after midnight, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. My husband and I placed an order through the app for drive-thru pickup. However, the staff were incredibly rude, impatient, and dismissive when we were checking our order. They repeatedly insisted that everything was in the bag and rushed us along, despite our attempts to verify.
To make matters worse, when we realized an item was missing, we had to drive back around. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the cook loudly insisted that the item had been included—despite it clearly not being there. The entire experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable.
We paid for our food and expected decent service, not to be treated with hostility and disrespect. This experience has left such a bad impression that we won’t be returning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent future customers from facing the same treatment. ALL good was soggy and cold as ice.

Compelled to leave a review, I ordered a number 9 without sour cream. The service was truly exceptional, with a remarkably friendly team. The tacos were the best presented I've ever had at Taco Bell, closely resembling their commercial depictions. Please maintain this high level of quality and consider sharing best practices with the Taco Bell in Asheboro.

This is my husband and my favorite Taco Hell!!! We do mobile ordering, and so far (🤞) EVERY single person who has handled our very extensive order 🙄 (lol, NO nacho cheese sauce on ANY THING and instead I need shredded cheese, please and grill the burrito, thanks!)😂they've ALL been AMAZING to us! And YES, of course we order at 2:45am EVERY time and they're also kind to us. Even when we are waiting in our vehicle out front, w/ my stereo loud af and bass vibrating their windows🥱they're don't treat us like the hoodlums we try to be! Thanks West Market Taco Bell Crew- WE DRIVE ACROSS TOWN JUST TO VISIT Y'ALL!! 😘
Vegetarian options: Taco Bell has the BEST selection for vegetarians in ALL the good food fast places , other than subway obviously. Potato soft taco is yumm

Ordered through DoorDash. Got my tacos but no a single fire packet. Asked for 8 because I had 3 tacos. Not like it come out of your check. Ordered 3 tacos and 8 fire packets and they couldn’t even get that right.

theis has to be the worst taco bell. service is terrible. I didn't even get food. I waited for 20 minutes after I ordered at kiosk, which was probably for the best, considering competency level of the entire workforce of the establishment.
The cheesy bean and rice burrito remains the king of filling fast food that's still a dollar. This location makes it well.

I'm picky AF and this is my go-to Taco Bell location when I'm having a hyperfixation for Taco Bell. They've never let me down or got my order wrong. Polite staff.
Girl at the window is rude I said thank you and got the window closed on me if it wasn’t the only thing open late and close (I work 3rd shift) I’d go somewhere else. Food is always hot but they give you very little on your tacos maybe because it’s late but doesn’t close until 2. Food is not cheap I expect to get what I pay for.
