I experienced the rudest employee ever. Was going through drive through and that boy at the window gave me the most disgusting attitude just because I’m not a native speaker (although I’m absolutely fluent). He then treated me awfully at the window as well and threw my money at me with the smirk on his face. So disgusting. He speaks English because this is the only language he knows, and I speak English, because this is THE ONLY language he knows. Train your employees, Taco Bell!

Waited 30 minutes for some nachos. The staff was just walking around looking out every time someone came to the counter. Worst service ever. I wouldn’t give any star if I could.

Very slow, taking customers, rude and not trained young man working the drive thru late evening. He was overwhelmed, could not handle the customers back to back in the Drive-Thru and started cussing. Had us waiting for 30 mins and no one was ahead of us. This store Needs a real management!

Manager and staff on duty tonight (2/15/25) very unprofessional, inappropriate and confrontational.
Refused to fix order they messed up and when asked for names to file complaint fake names were given.

Used to be my favorite Taco Bell in the Piedmont Triad. Going downhill. Slowly, tho, hope you’re better next time I’m there!

We did mobile order by mistake at Greensboro place we are very far from that place trying to cancel on mobile next second placing the order, but there is no option and tried to call Taco Bell they said they can’t do anything . So we lost money and food. Otherwise good is very good we always enjoy ..
