Screwed upy wife's order and when I went back inside to show them the receipt on the app, they said THAT DIDNT MEAN ANYTHING, only their receipt matters and sent me out without fixing her meal (she paid extra for)!
Also, The meat was Soo dry !

There’s actually no way this store is real. An employee running around the restaurant looking crazy. Everyone on their phones just playing having fun on company time crazy. Asked for my order and immediately met with animosity and angst. I genuinely pray for the employees in this location cause y’all need to do better. I understand working fast food might not be seen as a desirable job but don’t make a mediocrity of it at the same time. Amen.

For your store to had been swamped with orders your 3 workers handled it so well with frustrated nasty customers they remained professional. For heavy traffic nights days or weekends it would be good for you to set up shift smart for the extra help when really needed .

I can't really give an accurate rating because after 15 minutes of sitting in the drive-thru, I had to get back to work. All the cars in line that had not ordered, backed up and went out the entrance. There are three Taco bells close to me. One of them is super friendly, accurate, and just rocks. The other one needs a little help, to get things done but they do a decent job. This last one is really struggling. The people are never mean, & I'm not sure if they don't have enough help or what. The fact that the app isn't working doesn't help.
