I was the first one to come in tonight and ordered on the kiosk , yet everyone got their order before me. It took about 20 minutes and was asked if I needed help with something then ended up with a cold burrito. Horrible. One of the worst taco bells I've experienced. Please check your employees.

Walked to smelling weed being smoked in the women’s restroom. We were waiting to order and a male employee came out of the women’s restroom and a cloud of smoke and stink followed him. I will not be back. Thank goodness he wasn’t the one who prepared our food but when we left he was working on the line.

50 minute wait! Ridiculous. There was no reason to wait that long my order was put into my friends bag so we thought we had to wait longer. Saw some people end up leaving without any food because of how long the wait was. Also there was no Baja blast and didn’t get my sauce and no lids. Very disappointing.

Every time we try to order at this Taco Bell they mess up the order. Every single time without fail. It's extremely obvious nobody in this company or building cares. Thank God I'm moving 🙏.

In the middle of ordering tell us they are closed and shut down the machines. If you are closed then you need to close your doors and turn off the machines before people are in the middle of ordering. Not yell at people.

Had to wait a bit at the drive through speaker for someone to acknowledge me. Wasn't sure if it was working or not but from there, everything was good. Never asked if I needed any sauce and NO napkins were provided.

This is the only taco bell I go-to whenever I have that once in awhile taco. It's always good to me. I get in and out and my food is always hot and Made right. I appreciate the employees for their efforts and I need others to remember to appreciate them too. Fast food isn't easy and I know first hand, so they are doing good.
