I wish I could give a good report. And I prayed that this help others to understands my question, and that is; who really takes accountability of something that is done wrong. As a Christian, this is hard for me to do but like I said, who get held accountable. It's easy to give money back but your action is what's important. I ordered from DoorDash and yes, I can get my money back, but that's the problem with the world now; they can throw around money but no one takes the responsibility of their wrongdoing as well as their action. No one said sorry to me, and No one was concern about what happened to me. I bit into a egg roll and several hairs pulled out into my mouth (which made me very sick on my stomach??). And I came in quietly being respectful and they just pushed the food away and told me to go to DoorDash to get my money back and when I started walking out the door they began to laugh out loud In front of the customers. NO one said I'm sorry this happened to you. DoorDash, did not fix my food you did (Taste Good wonton fixed my food).Who takes accountability for this??? Is this the type of world we are living in that we can't just show kindness to one another. I could have shown my evil side by putting this on YouTube or my Facebook and Lord knows I thought about it. (Yes, pictures was taken) but I decided to look into my heart to do the right thing. Even though I was angry and hurt by your action. I decided to forgive you and let it go, but I needed you to know what you done wrong. Hope and pray you do better next time this happen to one of your customers..... "Accountability Matters"

I ordered the beef lo mein, and as the store name implies, it "taste good". I called in my order and arrived about 10 mins after, I was quoted an oddly specific time of 7 mins. However, when I arrived I waited about 10 more mins for the food. That being said, it was fresh so I'm not complaining. The lobby isn't what you would call inviting or necessarily clean. The menu is old printed paper with typos but they also have the classic menu at the counter. See attached pics. They do try to distract you from the 90 health rating with a decoration hanging in front of it.

Not sure how they even got such a high rating ? this was my FIRST experience & it was not good! they are rude, rushed me off the phone, because I was “holding up the line”, don’t have a site on google to see the menu & expected me to know the menu site to go to.. again I am a NEW customer. Then the food wasn’t that good. The other place beside rainbows 2 mins away on Randleman is way better food wise. They also didn’t even give me all 8 of my wings only gave me 6. Gotta do better with customer service !

Some of the best sesame chicken, I have ever eaten! Love the teriyaki chicken sticks, vegetable egg rolls, and the pineapple chicken.Although I don't like how busy the parking lot is the food is great!
