Waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. 15 min to get drinks. Food was Luke warm. Service was awful. The msnager did comp some our bill. Avoid this location
Food was not good. Steak was extremely dry. I didn't get my cherry limeade because the server said the bartender wouldn't stop talking. I look over and yes, she is not working, but leaned on the counter talking. The only positive was my server. I worked for Friday's YEEEAARRS ago, and that's not what we were taught.

I treated my family to dinner at this location on Saturday, March 8th, 2025. My bill was $80.20, and I left the server a $20 tip on my card. I checked my account the following morning only to find that I was charged an additional $20 without my knowledge. I placed an outbound call to this restaurant to address this matter. No one took accountability or even apologized. In fact, the only thing that was offered was a phone call to a corporate office out of Virginia (A phone call that could only be made the following day). Eric the elderly manger, needs to draw up his retirement papers and enroll in the nearest nursing home. For, he has extremely subpar conflict resolution and customer service skills.
Buyers beware: do NOT leave tips on your card at this location. As they will give themselves whatever tip they see fit, regardless of what is signed on the receipt. Fraud and malpractice is the name of the game here.

Fish tasted old and freezer burnt rice was good I ordered the garlic butter broccoli but got regular the shrimp were amazing I wish I would have just got them by itself what a waste of $30 very disappointed in the fish texture and taste

Not worth the money I have had better at TGIF in other states. The waitress was nice we never received our 2 burgers we ordered the kitchen forgot to make them. So we ate the appetizers and drink the soda and got out of there. Was not happy at all and don’t plan on visiting this location again. Very dissatisfied customer.

I love this restaurant! I came in here today and received excellent service. The hostess Chloe held the door for me and had a very welcoming approach. My server Jada was amazing and so attentive. And the food? 100/10!! I will definitely be coming back soon!

Sabrina was the absolute star!!!!! I walked in and she immediately started assisting me. She walked across the room to see exactly what I needed. I decided to sit in her section because she was the ONLY employee who acknowledged me. Her service was impeccable! My food was served hot and fresh. This was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at this establishment. Sabrina is a gem, you all need to have her train your other servers.
