Loved this place! Came in and had a very good time. Atmosphere was very nice and our waiter’s were very polite and helpful. Food was delicious! Will return again.
The service is soooo bad omg I can’t believe I have to write this… came here once and it was packed but the ladies said it was short staffed but the service was still good and I tipped well. Came here again today 1/1/25 and I wish I could’ve walked out and left my food but that’s not my character. Forgot half to of our food and had to wait 30+ minutes for the remainder of our food and by time the rest of our food came the main entree was ice cold… server kept walking back and forth to other tables and then walked up to our table after all that time and asked was he forgetting something and I said yeah the rest of our food and this food is cold now… he took my eggs and said he would have them remade but we still had to eat cold French toast and chicken … the first time I ever left $0 for a tip
Loved this place! Friendly staff, fast service and really good food. Woman owned + black owned! They even have a selection of games you can play while you wait for your food. Music was good, mimosas were delicious. My partner and I were in town just visiting but if we are ever back in the area will definitely be returning!
The food was delicious 😋
Service delivery was superb, with a friendly atmosphere, I give this restaurant 5 stars. And on a friendly note try the Emma platter!!! Delicious!!!!!
I’m currently here right now nd the food ain’t worth it for the price I ordered fries a waffle and a nasty mimosa it’s Mother’s Day I’m spending 20 dollars on absolutely nothing he waffle has to have syrup or it isn’t edible the fries are good but u can tell they were frozen first the mimosas taste like ass my cousin ordered 8 sausage links and only got 7
The food Was extremely delicious. It was seasoned perfectly and arrived hot. The customer service exceeded our expectations.
Pears, the owner made it a point to greet and engage with each of the customers to ensure that their dining experience was satisfactory
This will be my go to spot whenever I’m in the Greensboro area
92% sanitation grade, not great. Music was loud for 8:30 AM. Omelette was giant and tasty, but more of a scramble. Coffee was horrible. Couldn’t tell if it was weak or the water was nasty, so got a 2nd cup to try again and it was just as bad. That’s when the server shared that it’s Folgers instant. I would expect brewed coffee at a place called The Breakfast Spot. I’ve drank Folgers before and don’t remember it tasting this bad.
Server was very nice and helpful.
Drove 20 minutes to have brunch at this place, it was so disappointing not worth the drive.
Amazing food, wonderful service and lovely atmosphere! Home cooked omelet was 5 stars!!!

Honestly overpriced for value of food, not sustainable and just overall disappointing. I would think spending almost $100 for 2 people would be worth it. 😬 severely let down.
I love to read 1 star crybaby reviews from customers that act like “made to order” means food is done in 3 minutes. To this I say, have a stadium of seats. We visited from Maryland and found the Breakfast Spot in a local guide. The service was excellent. While fresh biscuits were not available, as a person who enjoys cooking from scratch, especially biscuits, I understand the time it would take to prepare them. I am not going to rate a business down over some old bs. We had omelettes and my daughter had chicken and waffles. Man, that fried chicken was FIYAA!!! It reminded of my mom shaking chicken in a brown paper bag of flour before hitting the grease. The playlist was nice. We will be back!!
1st time at the breakfast spot.
Looking at the menu and this place is way over priced. $20 for a breakfast platter and nothing special. Took forever to get anyone at our table, music was so loud hard to hear anything over it. The waitress was so unconcerned with the customer we would have to ask for stuff multiple times. Drinks come in these very small bottles as well. Won't return
This was the worst money I've ever spent on food. Low end food with high end prices. Everything was served with paper plates, there was melted sugar on the rim of my coffee mug, I could've made my food better at home. The server was kind, but that didn't make up for the food portion.
Breakfast sliders were too good! Service was 10/10. Definitely recommend the bottomless mimosas if that’s your jam!
